The platform itself is a good concept and easy to use.
The software is very intuitive to use, easy to navigate, and easy to setup.
The data coming from a DXM to Sensortrx was not reliable. Spent alot time narrowing down the problem

Again from my perspective as just implementation person. Things went ok
The implementation specialist was patient and never gave up even when situations arose beyond our control.
I don't really have the opportunity to use the software
