Overall, Shelf has been amazing. When I've had any questions or issues, Rick has been a pleasure to work with.
If you're looking for a practical no nonsense tool that manages your informational inputs and integrates them with your your organizational structure and work outputs then look no further.
Highly recommended platform. I loved the options, customer support, very fast and easy to use, also user friendly.
Dropbox, GDrive, OneDrive it's a mess - not anymore.
Overall I have had a great experience with Shelf. The Shelf Team has been so incredibly helpful in the launch and revamps of the platform.
We tried this and the window would be to small or to big, causing the agents frustration when answering calls.
It's easy to use, easy to learn, easy to master and has good functionality.
Nothing really, I think setting up/picking any DAM tool can be a pain but thats not their issue, its just a big decision since migrating off of one onto another is very hard.
The Shelf team also does a great job of constantly making new enhancements to the software so the user experience is always improving.
Even as an Administrator user, I enjoy the capabilities of being able to track the number of interactions other users have with certain content.
Just like its integrations with other productivity tools such as GSuite, Gmail, Dropbox, Evernote, and others, Shelf integrates with your workflow seamlessly.
I liked the tree option, plus implementation onto the other platform is very useful.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.

I love that Jasper is able to boost my productivity and that it has integrated translations and SurferSEO to help make it better than the competitiors.
My "complaint" is wanting more when Jarvis is on a role. Sometimes Jarvis has a tendency to be generic or vague when speaking to specific business topics (ex: "achieve more" or, "business goals").
The templates are wonderful, and I love how you can integrate them with thr longer form content. It has actually made me a better writer which was something I didn't expect to become from using AI.
The only thing that can stop Jarvis is a power failure.
With 39 features, I am able to create and structure ANY CONTENT, with total ease. Once you have all your content laid out in good format, you are GOOD to GO.
So far my complaints have been dealt with by updates they pushed, (as recently as a day ago,) so they are ON it.
I like Conversion.ai when you change the tone to match your brand, and it gives different amazing results. For example, you can change the tone to witty, professional, funny, excited, masculine, etc.
Often times I will request 5-8 different versions and use this to piece together. I am paying for words I am not using and that is literally the ONLY thing I am unhappy with at the moment.
Staying fresh and creative can be a challenge. Conversion.ai is like having a copywriting partner who continues to throw fresh perspectives at my copywriting helping me come up with new ideas.
As a words-challenged designer, Jarvis is my intuitive best friend, who helps me write beautiful and insightful copy for blog posts, product descriptions, ads, etc - the possibilities are endless.
The templates made it super easy to use, starting with the AIDA recommended at the top. As I kept going, I kept finding more and more uses.
I am a one man show and time is very important so I I love the fact that it is easy to use and produces results. Plus they constantly improving this tool and the support is fantastic.

The availability of this tool is fabulous and configuring setting up clusters is done in minutes. Also, the performance of this service is amazing, be it in any region, across the globe.
It is charged in dollar which makes it very expensive for people living in countries where the local currency is weak compared to the US dollar.
Ease of being able to access the information or saved documents of high importance. Love the fact you can connect with others and build great relationships with.
I dislike that it causes me to worry about privacy in regards to anything I upload. You never truly know where it's going or who has access when it goes to the cloud.

Navigation on the pages can be confusing at times and some information is not updated for the latest version.

It has been great experience. We have numerous implementation done and has been successful.
However some things still bother me a lot, an example is the difficulty of stopping a run easily in Studio, which ends up causing some inconvenience in the development phase.
I like how their community is growing daily and the UiPath forum, Academy, Q&A section are great and very helpful and I can find what I'm looking for there.
When debugging, some bugs in studio often rear their ugly heads leading to unexpected results. Furthermore, some errors are not as easily identifiable from just their code/message.
I'm sure they will keep the good work and the best is coming in the future especially with the UI integration and all the helpful features.
For more complex frameworks it's hard to figure out, what does what on the diagram, as you cannot see the whole at once. I's a bit hard to debug issues.
Best part about the UiPath is the ease of deploying the solutions and also the Scaling capability which is provided by its robust architecture.
These 2 pointers are must in today's scenario which is missing UiPath. Its peers have already aligned their Future Product strategy in this direction.

We are still using Quickbooks for accounting for now. The webinars have been great, the support team has been great, our trainer was great.
There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.
Invoicing is easy and we are impressed with professional looking invoice templates that are easy to read. Also it is easy to manage the outstanding accounts receivable.
The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).
Each and everyone of them I have interacted over the years have been amazing. All of them in customer service are tremendously helpful in setting up the software for my new firm.
It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.
Billing process is easy and intuitive as we can provide clients with a detailed invoicing if required. Ability to manage subcontractors pretty much like our employees is very helpful.
We have not had any significant problems over the course of using it. At times the interface does require quite a few clicks to get things done.
The QuickBooks integration is very stable and makes sense once you understand it. The user interface looks nice, is operationally smooth and is very responsive both in design and speed.
We love the reports and other methods that allows us view the information helpful to make important business decisions.
While I am still learning and looking at how our company can best utilize CORE in all areas, we are definitely benefitting from using it.

It is robust and has permanent technical support. It has a large community with which solutions and ideas are shared.

Sometimes the auto-save feature is flaky. I've lost an article one time due to auto-save not working.

I don't know at the moment whether this is because I just missed the point (quite possible) or whether there just isn't a whole lot out there on what I've written about.

It's a joy using it and if they added a tool like "refrase" to use found snippets and rephrase them quickly to make writing even be faster. But even as is… you will be very pleased.

There is no such feature that I dislike in Ocoya. Only thing is, for the Silver Plan, we only get 10 profiles.
They are amazing and have the right mindset about how they are building an amazing tool powered by AI. It's a great and easy-to-use tool for social media specialists and hobbyists alike.
Lack of this functionality caused us to switch between tools.

I have been using Fliki for a few weeks now and I highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a nice and solid TTS solution.
I hate the fact that there is no metered subscription.
There are so many great things about it, one of which is that you can change the voice anytime you want. The price is also very reasonable and I am very happy with it.
I dont like that the AI imagen service consume much minutes, very bad.
I can definitely recommend this product since it is a time saver and the quality of the produced audio is really good.
All the options for Bolivia, Ecuador, an other countries, sound the same to me (sorry maybe is just me).
The software is very impressive, with such a breadth of options of voices to choose from and the ability to use multiple languages.

I've tried out a few AI-writing apps and Texta.ai is one of the better ones. It has a great interface, offers in-depth feedback on each article I write, and is great for beginners like me.
I usually get a lot of unrelated sentences in the middle of some paragraphs which is very annoying.
I liked the fact that it is super easy to use and it provides multiple languages capabilities.
There are a lot of errors in the content. Some parts of the content is copied exactly from other articles.
I like the way of getting great content for my projects on a few minutes.
The tutorial section is poor, the more detailed ones are missing in order to better use all the features that are included.
As a writer, having a couple of AI tools in your kit to kickstart the process has been invaluable and Text.ai is one of the better ones. A great investment if you're familiar with Ai or a new user.
It will cite something but no link to the actual citation or if there is one it is always a 404.

Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.
Community and company are extremely responsive regarding additional features and support. Speed of the application and the usefulness of the analytics are fantastic.
This has been proven to be an issue in instances that return an error, which in effect can turn out to waste quite a bit of time.
The comprehensive training materials their support team offers was great and is a continued asset when there is something that I do not understand. The tool itself is powerful and intuitive.
Sometimes correcting our data errors can be tricky.
Clear pricing model, quick and easy to setup, great onboarding process, incredible performance, very intuitive user experience, a great support team and user community.
Even on elite-level hardware, there can be some odd latency issues depending on how your data models are structured. There are some technical challenges to the pure Javascript embed model.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.
It's very good software is very good and the support team is very supportive at all ends.
Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.
Bad organization on the website. For example, there is no a link that is created when I would love to check all employees, also you can't open some specific profiles on the new tab which is bad.

I like having a portal for tracking timesheets and time off requests. This makes it easy to maintain everything in one location.
It is Very Simple and Easy Tool to use, Hassle-free experience in managing employees' credentials. Easily accessible from Mobile phones also.
Payroll, discipline, and performance reviews have all been a breeze, and frankly it makes some difficult things a lot easier to handle. The free version is fairly limited, but the features were great.

A very effective log analyzer and the part I love most is the infrastructure monitoring. A proactive monitor and alert generator for our Critical Production Environment.
I feel debugging is difficult. Drop down or drag and drop functions should be made available because it's difficult to keep track and remember syntax of functions and it's usage.
Splunk provides a very flexible solution for helping you gather huge amount of data and then setting up alerts and configuring reports which helps you in converting data into an actionable insight.

This application monitors my data in the most efficient and easy way. The overall experience is wonderful for me and I would definitely recommend investing into this software.
Had similar problem with another product and they could tell me the exact lines of the config and registry that needed changing.
Datadog is an amazing cloud monitoring solution that provides great insight and alerting for our platform.
Very poor set of solutions for Microsoft Azure monitoring. Very hard for new users, documentation is not very straightforward, so you'll need to spend a lit of time communicationg with support.
So nice to have that event stream and subscriptions. And it's very easy to share your findings with colleagues.
Sometimes it is very difficult to understand the graph report and it is bit technical to use. The various metric types require a little bit of reading and understanding.
Overall experience has been great overall as our account managers will always do their best to try to meet our requirements and needs.
We have been using DataDog to monitor our lambda logs for errors as well as keep track of load and uptime on various RDS and EC2/Fargate instances.

It is easy to use, intuitive and above all it has excellent customer service. At the beginning we had some difficulties and the packages were not so clear, but this was taken care of excellently.
Only 8 languages are offered. Moreover, it is a pity that AI images can only be created in English.
I loved it, it is a wonderful tool that saves a lot of time and helps a lot in writing and proposals.
For now I´m missing nothing. I use it for one week at least so perhaps my opinion will change.

It is a very easy to use product and I really like the monthly releases, great for a SAAS product.

From EDI, to API integrations, and even MDM integrations, Boomi has been able to deliver. Developing for these projects has been straight forward and support has been awesome.

DeepL is the best translation software available in my opinion. The translations are very, very good and it is almost never possible to figure out that an AI translated it.
The only drawback that I have had so far is that it presents failures in the translation from Russian to Spanish or English, making it difficult to understand some sentences.
What I like the most is how natural and fluid the texts are, it doesn't seem like a translation has been used with them.
The documents lose their format after translation. The sentence structure is lost after translation for long sentences and makes the sentences seem robotic.

The software takes a while to load, this may sometimes be inconvenient if you need a translation quickly.
