Overall, Shelf has been amazing. When I've had any questions or issues, Rick has been a pleasure to work with.
If you're looking for a practical no nonsense tool that manages your informational inputs and integrates them with your your organizational structure and work outputs then look no further.
Highly recommended platform. I loved the options, customer support, very fast and easy to use, also user friendly.
Dropbox, GDrive, OneDrive it's a mess - not anymore.
Overall I have had a great experience with Shelf. The Shelf Team has been so incredibly helpful in the launch and revamps of the platform.
We tried this and the window would be to small or to big, causing the agents frustration when answering calls.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.

The availability of this tool is fabulous and configuring setting up clusters is done in minutes. Also, the performance of this service is amazing, be it in any region, across the globe.
It is charged in dollar which makes it very expensive for people living in countries where the local currency is weak compared to the US dollar.

I dislike that it causes me to worry about privacy in regards to anything I upload. You never truly know where it's going or who has access when it goes to the cloud.
I love how easy and user friendly this software is. It is also very reliable and consistently just works.
Navigation on the pages can be confusing at times and some information is not updated for the latest version.
I have a very nice and professional experience with Google Cloud Platform, because I build and invest in my cloud with full confidence. Because I know that my content is fully secure and safe.
It can be quite expensive compared to other providers. It won´t have the same hardware performance as a bare metal server and might be costly if you are looking to get the same performance.
I enjoyed the learning process and I will most definitely consider this software moving forward. I'm very happy to have taken advantage of the free trial.

I am skeptical about whether I will use Appy Pie again, mainly because I am ethically opposed to making students pay for a tool that they will only use one time and likely never use again.

There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.
Invoicing is easy and we are impressed with professional looking invoice templates that are easy to read. Also it is easy to manage the outstanding accounts receivable.
The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).
Each and everyone of them I have interacted over the years have been amazing. All of them in customer service are tremendously helpful in setting up the software for my new firm.
It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.

I got an outstanding applause from my audience during my project presentation on drainage simulation I did with Arcgis, and I got the first contract deal same day.
It's very much difficult to install to our pc. If it's wrongly installed we have again updated the os and reinstall the software.
I like the ability to format and being able to change the symbology. And generally feel that they make a very good looking maps compared to other, non-premium GIS software.
I don't use this frequently, but when I do need to verify some data, it is not very intuitive and I often get lost in the amount of data shown.
ArcGIS is terrific because it is free and still very functional. It is well-supported and has ample user training available from actual users on YouTube.
Also, downloading and licensing this software is the biggest pain.
It is robust and has permanent technical support. It has a large community with which solutions and ideas are shared.
One such example is just the login screen to the AGOL mobile apps causes our users frequent struggles as they can't remember the sequence of steps to get to the organization login.
The features in ArcGIS are incredible. With every project there are new ways to use the program to best highlight our work.
It makes the overall cost of the software high, making it difficult for small to medium businesses to have this at their disposal.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.
It's very good software is very good and the support team is very supportive at all ends.
Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.
Bad organization on the website. For example, there is no a link that is created when I would love to check all employees, also you can't open some specific profiles on the new tab which is bad.
Really good and reliable software with a lot of flexibilty and great support. If something is not working properly, the support team is helping out quickly.
It was hard to tryst the system, and took a few months of contemplating going outside the norm.
The integration of several things by making and using our own templates for internal online system if wonderful. The control mechanism is improved at our end after using its google app.

This application monitors my data in the most efficient and easy way. The overall experience is wonderful for me and I would definitely recommend investing into this software.
Had similar problem with another product and they could tell me the exact lines of the config and registry that needed changing.
Datadog is an amazing cloud monitoring solution that provides great insight and alerting for our platform.
Very poor set of solutions for Microsoft Azure monitoring. Very hard for new users, documentation is not very straightforward, so you'll need to spend a lit of time communicationg with support.
So nice to have that event stream and subscriptions. And it's very easy to share your findings with colleagues.
Sometimes it is very difficult to understand the graph report and it is bit technical to use. The various metric types require a little bit of reading and understanding.
Overall experience has been great overall as our account managers will always do their best to try to meet our requirements and needs.
We have been using DataDog to monitor our lambda logs for errors as well as keep track of load and uptime on various RDS and EC2/Fargate instances.
Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out.
The easy to setup dashboards as well as the built-in options are a huge plus. Integrations and monitoring/alerting options are also worth taking advantage of.

Overall, for the price, you get good ROI on your investments and it is a highly successful integration product. So I would recommend this.
In this software the only problem is that it is not compatible with excel, the rest are few things negative.
Its pretty simple to use and development is made easy. It also has good online community guys out there are pretty helpful when in need.
Monthly updates is a pain as most of the time there are issues with updates and also issues with extensions getting messed up.
It is a very easy to use product and I really like the monthly releases, great for a SAAS product.
Bit hard to use without much technical knowledge. Documentation can be little confusing.
From EDI, to API integrations, and even MDM integrations, Boomi has been able to deliver. Developing for these projects has been straight forward and support has been awesome.
Sometimes it is hard to translate the user manual, to real practice.

Casetext has helped me win my case in the federal appeals court and people still do not believe that I am not legally trained nor have a lawyer helping me.
The fact that it will not include the Parallel Search feature unless users pay extra for it. I'll have to wait and see what that additional charge is before deciding whether or not to pay for it.
Great search capability, great customer service, and most importantly I get what I need quickly and the search results, IMHO, have honestly just been better. I'm very glad I made the switch.
I miss having some secondary sources from other providers.
Casetext really is a great legal research tool at an awesome price. After starting my own firm I priced all the big names in legal research and was nailed with sticker shock.
This is a problem because in Ohio the syllabus is the law and main holding of the case.
I am very pleased with Casetext and I have shared my experience with others, encouraging them to give Casetext a try.
The only down side is the lack of secondary sources such as Matthew Benders Forms of Pleading and Practice, Westlaw's Rutter Group etc.

Dashboarding perfromance report capability is also good, helps us to keep on top of our applications perfromance.
Lack of default dashboard/UI to see the overall status for a group of apps/ team. No feature to turn off a alert policy from the UI, we have to start and stop individual alerts.
Very feature rich and appreciate the ability to write custom queries against collected instrumentation data. Integration with other tools.
Upon cancellation I was charged three months fee because the product had "auto renewed" for a third year. My sales rep had told me it was a one year contract, no mention of anything auto renewing.
We've been pleased with the platform and the help we received on implementation.
I've used New Relic for 6+ years across 3 different companies including my own. Overall they seem to be going downhill each year, sadly along with many tech companies now.
Overall very useful monitoring tool that helps to track, identify and resolve the issues with site performance.
Just a reshuffling, often with added work required from me for no benefit, plus features that no longer work. Even lowest tier email support apparently requires paying more than $2000 per year.
Ease of use is the best feature about this tool, you can get started with very minimal training.
It's a great visualization tool, which gives real insights on the application data and helps my company to take the decisions accordingly.
Very good application performance option. Alerts and notification services, like emails for daily monitoring.
We were excited to give it another try, and were happily surprised by the improvements, both in terms of pricing transparency and UI/UX (only if you use the "new" design though).
Another feature that we love is the integration with Jira which enabled auto-creating of tickets on violation of certain thresholds. Overall, this is used by developer community on daily basis.
I really like that New Relic has an online academy that teaches it’s users how to navigate and become a certified performance pro.

I'm happy to be using this product as it becomes better and will be a very strong product to beat in the future.
It's hard to read and when extracting the data and the formatting is hard to read / follow.
As in our Customer Service Center the biggest volume of users are the agents, the ease of use and friendly interface are one of the most important things for us.
There is always the worry that the system will go down and leave us dead in the water but those instances have been minimal so far.
I like the ability to have so many features all in one solution. This allows us to operate with minimal 3rd party vendors and helps minimise costs.
Since it is centrally located on the cloud, we have had some issues with lag.
Brilliant product and seamless integration, did not take long to get the product set up and the users onboarded.
It offers a chat platform that is very limited, and a very poor email ticketing system that works like phones; emails come in and you have to click "answer.
Genesys is a good solution for a business with a strong developer team.
The system is fairly easy to use and it appears to have good security features. The calls are very clear and you have activity history stored in the system.
I like its user interface and the customer support is superb.
Overall we have been pretty happy with the Genesys Cloud application.

The software is very good and helps projects to reduce cost of minimum 25% and improve accuracy close to 99.80.
If I would have to say anything bad about AA software it would be that, if you want to get familiar with the control room, you have to get the Enterprise version of AA.
Its a good software for automation stream and its pricing is very good too.
I guess that work with Oracle Platforms use to be difficult because sometimes windows are not detected at all.
Automation Anywhere is equipped with most of the standout features that any RPA developer wants and all of these options are really easy to use and works like a charm.
Difficult to automate in a virtual environment.
It was an amazing experience to have scanned delivery note read and renamed to the appropriate document name.
The found Automation Anywhere as Fast RPA tool by the point of view as RPA developer. But some time we need to add delays in the code else it failed to perform required task.
You guys also started community version which the by far the best thing you did. AD integration is very good.

As my overall experience with AA, I will recommend it 100% to my colleages, at least the community version, which is free and anyone would be able to take by his own way all the trainings.
My experience is overall very good - being a Functional person I was still able to have the grasp of the tool and got myself certified in Advance RPA Certification.

Docebo's user interface is one of the best out there. I was impressed with the clean look and feel of the platform which was reinforced by our learners through their own feedback.
This upgrade should not have been released without more internal testing. It's a mess and new problems creep up every day.
The over experience using the platform has been pretty good and lots to learn as an admin. There are definitely lots of functionalities that I have not seen in any other platform which is really good.
Hardly anything because key features are not working and support is not addressing them.
It provides an excellent end user experience for all levels, learners, admins and everyone in between. And best of all is the absolute BEST customer service we have EVER had anywhere.
Docebo is losing customers at a fast past and I cannot recommend it to my clients anymore, which is a shame.
The robust features, superlative customer service, and the ease in which you can empower other users has been a boon to our learning/training initiatives.
Question pool has a lack of editing functions. But: Docebo has an idea center to gather ideas from users.
Very good pricing model considering the high quality and features of this LMS, and we only have to pay for active users and can still preserve the data and progress for inactive or former users.
Easy of use, great graphic design, simplicity for admin users, modularity (APP´s), content flexibility and quick integration with other systems. Great technical support.

An awesome application as Saas and Paas as well, Good inerface, user friendly and easy to use. Due to backend code in jaava and JavaScript it is very flexible.
Some time facing problem in back button & redirecting in some other incident which react problem some time.
The best tool for ticket/incident management for a large enterprise organization. It can create and tickets delegating it to individual groups so that it can be look at promptly for resolution.
Service now could be confusing at times and lacked integration with other systems/software.
Having used a few different 'helpdesk' type solutions in the past, and not having usually been impressed by the user interface, I found ServiceNow's tool refreshingly simple to use.
Had some troubles attaching the KB articles to the tickets.
The experience has been fantastic so far. We have been able to resolve tickets that comes to us with a quicker turnaround time since it directly comes to our queue.
At times, the back end for SNOW CRM could be confusing.
I am elated with the ServiceNow product and the way it has helped us integrate the many variables of service into a user friendly platform.
Easily able to manage tickets placed by the customer. Awesome search capabilities when looking for something specific about a customer.
Superior adaptability and seamless integration It can be easily integrated with virtually any existing portal or dashboard.

User-friendly and with good tracking features, like tracking the amount of time a user spends in an application so that it can help your company to know its productivity in a certain area.
I have asked and received no response from their support staff, which was irritating.
We are happy extremely happy with the overall product and the Customer service is outstanding.
Sad to say that we no longer use Teramind as it has a min requirement of 5 licenses but we have only one system to monitor.
The system offers a very proactive and detailed monitoring platform which quite frankly, is absolutely fantastic.
I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why.
I highly recommend this program. Customer service is great and help you right away.
It will time out and try to reconnect for no apparent reason. It requires you to shut down the program and could require program repair to fully correct.

When using so much product data, it can take a while to load at times which can be frustrating at times.
The tool has great features like the planning menu and the easy of use interface. It's a complete tool for Business Intelligence and analytics, with beautiful views and charts.
The updates don't always work well and we have to call and have problems fixed as an update rolls out.
The price and it updates on its own. For a smaller company, this is a great way to get a great product for a great price that'll fit your business.
