Trotz des kleinen Hakens mit den Connectoren ist mein Gesamteindruck von Agicap äußerst positiv. Die Vorteile, die es in Bezug auf Cashflow-Management, Planung und finanzielle Analyse bietet, überwiegen bei Weitem die geringfügigen Unannehmlichkeiten, die durch die Wartung der Connectoren entstehen. Die Effizienz und Klarheit, die Agicap in die Finanzverwaltung bringt, sind für mich von unschätzbarem Wert. Ich empfehle Agicap gerne weiter, insbesondere an diejenigen, die eine zuverlässige Lösung zur Optimierung ihrer finanziellen Prozesse suchen. E' utile avere visibilità in un unico posto, di tutte le transazioni effettuate, e della cassa totale.
Alcuni punti da migliorare/implementare sono: - sincronizzazione con carte Revolut --> avviene con un ritardo di circa 24/48 ore rispetto alla data di transazione - Sincronizzazione American Express --> a meno che non sia stato implementato, al momento le transazioni american express non sono sincronizzate su Agicap.

Es ist sehr praxisorientiert und man kommt gut damit zur Recht, auch wenn man 3 Wochen wegen Urlaub nicht mehr in Agicap.
Es ist die einfache Usebility, die uns davon überzeugt haben
Manche Funktionen sind noch nicht verfügbar oder nur rudimentär angebunden. Z.B. das Aufladen des Agicap-Debitkarten-Kontos. hier hätte ich gerne eine Funktion, die ab einem bestimmten Schwellwert das Agicap-Debitkarten-Konto automatisch auflädt

Agicap è un ottimo prodotto che può essere utilizzato sia da piccolissime attività, lo consiglio soprattuto alle startup, che da aziende di grandi dimensioni. La semplicità di utilizzo e di implementazione, ma specialmente la facilità di reperire informazioni vitali per la conduzione della finanze anziednale, lo rende un software indispendabile anche nelle aziende che non hanno internamente la contabilità civilistica e fiscale.
Agicap è uno strumento utile per tenere sotto controllo la tesoreria, mi è piaciuto subito la velocià di ricezione dei dati bancari e la facilità di categorizzazione delle transazioni. In questo momento riesco a tenere sotto controllo i saldi di 12 banche contemporaneamente, a ipotizzare la tesoreira futura e a mostrare agli invesitori come l'azienda prevede di "spedere" il loro capitale invesito, di generare facilmente indicatori chiave attraverso la dashboard e di condividerli im maniera molto semplice e veloce.
In questo momento agicap soddisfa tutte le mie necessità, l'unica cosa che proverei a modificare è dare la possibilità di creare nuove categorie direttamente dal piano di tesoreria e quindi renderlo più interattivo.

Seit ich Agicap nutze habe ich einen sehr guten und genauen Überblick über meine Liquidität. Daten-Export für Banken und Steuerberater sind übersichtlich und wichtig für Besprechungen und Planungen

Great. Agicap is a really good tool that is continuing to evolve and has the potential to offer our business even more cash management and financial insight. Customer service and their attentiveness is fantastic.
Agicap has proven to be a huge time-saving tool by automating the analysis and categorisation of bank transactions to assist with our monitoring of cash flow management and forecasting. Customer support has been fantastic, with any queries being addressed and resolved promptly.
There has been an occasional need to re-sync with the bank although this has become less onerous of late. There have been a few instances where transactions were missed or duplicated within Agicap which required support. We often feel that our understanding of Agicap's full functionality is lacking and that we're therefore not utilising the system to it's full potential to benefit our business.

Wir sind super zufrieden mit Agicap. Es erleichtert unseren Workflow sehr. Die Zahlen können genauer aufbereitet werden, da weniger Fehleranfällig (Excel). Die Berichterstattung zum Monatsabschluss ist bereits am 02. des Folgemonats möglich, da wir die Zahlen und Daten täglich und aktuell einpflegen können. Szenarien zu modellieren hilft uns sehr dabei wie wir planen.

Agicap has been of tremendous help to take financial decisions. I use it everyday ! It helps to follow the operations and predict the level of cash.
I discovered Agicap 1.5 years ago, at a time where following the cash was absolutely key to our business. Agicap has been super helpful with that. Moreover, the app has been improved since the beginning. I use it all the time to follow the results and the cash of the company. The customer support team is good, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed.
Our bank connexion sometimes breaks, which is annoying. Also sometimes the data is wrong and I discover that some operations appear twice... but the support team always makes it up in a few hours.

An extremely useful tool that is fundamental for the cash flow management of our company.
You are able to merge information from different bank accounts into one platform and are able to create cashflow simulations and forecasts easily. The visual display of the information is extremely simple and the ease to navigate makes the software extremely easy to adopt and implement.
The possibility to undo perhaps a mistake that as been made during a certain action.

Agicap permet de catégoriser les dépenses simplement, avec une interface claire et intuitive. La création de scénario permet de se projeter et aide à envisager les pistes plus sereinement. La projection graphique sur les entrée d'argent aide à faire un suivi hebo voir journalier de manière très visuelle.
La possibilité de créer des tableaux de statistiques en exploitant une partie choisie des données reste assez limité (du moins dans l'offre choisie). Ce point peut être assez frustrant quand on voit les données à portée de clic, mais qu'il faut exporter pour pouvoir en faire des extractions en data studio par exemple.

Versatilità, dinamicità, velocità. Dal momento in cui lo abbiamo integrato in azienda è diventata una necessità.
Funziona tutto particolarmente bene. L'integrazione dei progetti è nuova e spesso ho difficoltà a capire gli elementi quando scelgo i progetti e non la dashboard generica. Tuttavia è nel complesso ottimo perché si possono spacchettare tutte le aree di business.

The business licence has very limited functionalities. Even if you are a small company like ours, the licensing costs can be very high if you are operating with more than two bank accounts and you need to manage the cash of two companies at the same time. Total costs are over 3.000€/year.
Easy to use regularly. Easy to make forecasts.
Expensive to operate. Bank connectors not relaible.

Pretty good, doesn't do exactly what I need so not sure if it's worth £200 a month but we'll see how it goes.
Easy to pick up but not as in depth as I need it to be.
