For instance, Timesheets, Payroll, and Employee Vacation Tracking may mean nothing to you if you are a one-member team. Likewise, how badly would you need a chat feature or a ticketing tool.

By doing so, you will be addressing a critical pain point that haunts every freelancer or start-up: that is, creating proposals.

To date, we’ve not experienced even a slight lag. Commendable performance, overall.

There is a little lack of translation, templates and aesthetics but I think it is a matter of time so that everything is in place.

This programme is fantastic since it is so simple to use. I've been seeking anything that allows me to access all of my company's needs through a single app. This has allowed us to check the state of our work far more effectively than our prior tools.

Agiled is an All-in-One CRM Tool Perfect For Small to Large Companies

Prior to Agile, I was using a number of various software - all with bits of information in each and just couldn't stay on track/focus and felt like I was constantly 'looking for stuff' instead of accomplishing anything. One App to Run Your Business

I needed a new system for managing my business and invoicing. I ran across Agiled, gave it try, and quickly purchased it. I've had one support issue that was very quickly managed. Very impressed!

A simple, yet ROBUST CRM, oh and don't forget a whole accounting/admin system

Overall i like Agiled, and where its headed especially knowing the team is always active and pushing new updates.

The software includes many other portals such as quotes, estimates, tasks, time trackers, ... but to be fair, we dont use them, so i cannot comment on this.

Awesome Business in a Box solution

Agiled is a business management "backoffice" solution for smaller companies, freelancers and certainly for young startups that want to handle the essential processes CRM, Project Management & Timetracking, Contracts , Proposal & Finance as well as basic HRM processes in a modern SAAS solution. 
I am very happy with it because it is very intuitive and modern and covers the most important business processes I need. It is flexible and modern - and can clearly grow with me . Is not yet a SAP ERP but already has much of what you really need as a young company.

Great Platform for a Small Business!

I was desperate for an alternative to SuiteDash. While SuiteDash was not a bad tool it did not offer a robust time tracking and employee/consultant payment feature to simplify payroll and related tasks. Agiled has allowed our consultancy to fast-track our growth plan to add more team members.

My project tasks can now be done under one roof and as I learn the platform, I can use the other features and I won't need to use other apps.

Truly its an all in one service than to get a seperate app for Accountaing, contracts ROI expensing financial control, Zapier integration ready, varying email service integrations from Microsoft, IMAPI, Gmail etc, as well as having the so many customizable options.

Refreshing CRM on Steriods for Every Industry!

Agiled is really easy to use. It is really easy to customize. You can have your accounting practice up and running in a less than an hour.

An All in one that is a home run

I am very happy to use this tool. It has been sufficient and more for my requirements.
I figured that if I were to get a legal contract created it would cost me a high amount. But this tool has a built-in option to create contracts. That's like icing on the cake. The cake itself has so many useful features that I am loving it.

Agiled is a very promising tool. The founders have really thought through its features - it is comprehensive and exhaustive, to say the least. 

The tool has features you need, you don’t need, you don’t need yet, and you don’t know you need. 

In addition, if you keep a tab on their roadmap, you’ll notice they have an endless stream of features and updates in the pipeline. In spite of its loaded features, it is surprising to note how fast and responsive Agiled is. To date, we’ve not experienced even a slight lag. Commendable performance, overall!

A word of advice to the founders: as advocates of freelancers and start-ups, we highly recommend and request you to include the proposal feature in the free-forever version - at least a few templates. You can perhaps offset your costs by charging a small fee for every payment processed through Agiled. By doing so, you will be addressing a critical pain point that haunts every freelancer or start-up: that is, creating proposals.

Promising and Refreshingly Straight Forward

I have been looking for a comprehensive solution to manage the various parts of my business, and Agiled is the best platform I have found so far. I have been using a different platform for the last couple of years, and it did not not have near the amount of features that Agiled offers. With Agiled, I can create attractive client portals for my clients, interact with them through the platform, bill clients, gather information through forms, and much more. Being able to do all of this within one system is a big benefit for my business, and I'm looking forward to each new beneficial improvement that Agiled makes.

                                                       Before Agile, I was really using, I'm going to call it a Frankenstein. I was using a lot of different applications, everything from Honey Book, to Excel, to Basecamp, to Trello, and trying to manage all of those. Dropbox for client files. It was just trying to piece all of those things together was just too much so I looked at Agile and found that all of those functionalities were built into the one platform.
                                                       With Agile, the thing that I really like about it is, is with my organization, I'm trying to grow and I wanted to have the infrastructure and the pieces in place so that I could do that easily without having to change it all later. Being able to have a CRM, an HRM, so a human resource management tool built in, but also being able to use it for project management and the client portal. Those pieces together make it so that everything's built in. I'm using it for accounting and proposals now as well. It's really going to be really the backbone of my organization.
                                                       Getting started with Agile was actually not that big a deal. It's a continual process, and going through all of the tutorials and the videos and the upgrade recently to the new interface was pretty simple. It's really just making sure that you're migrating the data that's important and the information that's important and setting it up so that you can do it. But even if you mess up, it's not that big a deal. You can actually change things pretty easily and quickly on the fly.
                                                       Getting started with Agile, the biggest piece of advice I'd have for you is be thoughtful on what you're trying to accomplish and why you want the tool in place for your business. Only put the information in that you need to get started. Don't try and migrate everything, because a lot of times if you do that, it's garbage in, garbage out. So be thoughtful on what you're trying to accomplish, what the platform's really going to do for you, and then build your plan and your implementation plan from there. It doesn't have to be a highly documented tome. Use your note cards, use whatever, but build out the process and build it so that it fits your business. Don't make your business fit the tool.

                                                       I was considering CRM platforms. I didn't have anything specific in mind, but then I happened upon Agiled and what I actually really liked about it was it included CRM plus a whole host of other features in there. So that was great because I like all in one tools. But I didn't actually consider anything specific. I was just looking around at CRM platforms in general.
                                                       I chose Agiled for a couple of reasons. Number one, multifunctionality. So it includes a CRM platform. It includes an HR section. It includes a finance section. It includes ability for my customers to produce tickets. So I appreciated all of those, plus I can do it on my own domain using the CNAME, so that was great. And then, on top of it, they actually had a deal for a lifetime deal on AppSumo. So it was just too good of a deal to give up, so I invested in it.
                                                       There was a lot going on on that platform, and the help documents are sparce at this point. So there's certain language that they use, certain words that they use in their platform that I don't really understand, but the explanations were not so fantastic. But I know buying into this lifetime deal, that it's only going to get better. The team is definitely dedicated to proving. So the onboarding process was a little bit rocky, I'll be honest. But once you figure out the platform, it gets a little bit easier. I also know that, again, in the long term, their documentation is going to be ramped up, and they're going to be rolling out new features. They're constantly listening to their customers, and improving. So I'm in it for the long term game.
                                                       I would definitely recommend this program, especially because I think it's still on sale at AppSumo as a lifetime deal, so it's almost a no brainer. Unless, of course, you're quite sophisticated and need a very dedicated CRM system or very dedicated employee system, you have 20, 30 employees and you need like so. But if you're a small business like me, more in the process of starting out than as a seasoned company, I would definitely recommend jumping on board for this one. I don't think you would lose out on such small investment.
