Pros

The software is great and the tech support is always on point--AutoPal is a great asset to your company and they always very helpful.
Awesome and mark was outstanding, very oriented. I would never use another software company, except autopal.
I can't say enough great things about Autopal. It is easy to use, the functionality is amazing, the vendor integrations are perfect, and the support staff are beyond helpful and such nice people.

Pros

Reliable product, great selling point with prospects, keeps current clients happy and makes them self sufficient. Would recommend to others in the business.
Furthermore, it's the finest system of any agency that I had to audit for the bank. The automation capacity is amazing.
Friendly from day one and always available. Great software which does everything you need and more at a great price.

Cons

Sometimes we have trouble with logging into the software at all.
Example: LLC changes to Llc. Only problems experienced.
Their tech staff tried, but their setup just doesn't work for what we need. M a business owner, so i understand that sometimes no matter how hard you try, it doesn't work for a customer.

Cons

I have made some foolish mistakes and they do not judge. The support is always trying to improve so that they can get to all companies with problems.
Finally a product that is straight forward and user friendly. No hassle, no down time, no worries.
He never makes me feel like an idiot when I make a mistake.
