Pros

Ve been using AVID for a few years and it definitely helps me save time. It is pretty easy to use and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
The software is easy to use and the support is top notch. Once the workflows are setup invoices move seamlessly through the approval process.
We like the ease of having everyone be able to review the invoice from the convenience of their desk as well as the time it has saved us.

Pros

Overall we've been very satisfied with Negotiatus. The ease of use and responsive customer service have made our experience very positive.
The support team is amazing and helps us ensure our orders are placed and delivered in a timely fashion.
The customer service that comes along with this software is truly its best asset. However, software wise, it's very easy to add/delete/audit/organize inventory.

Cons

If a check was lost or went missing, you would have to call or send an email to request a stop payment.
We would sometimes have invoices lost in the processing phases when we did everything through fax and on paper.
Efficiency, workflow and fraud control, reduced data entry, centralized invoice processing and accuracy.

Cons

Rep is my life line with the software, and it eases the pain of procurement for a 90+ location company.
The one challenge I've found is the ability to block items from being purchased.
