Pros

It can be used anywhere and anytime as long as you have access to internet. Beanworks customer service is outstanding fast and very responsive.
Approval being automated is nice, not having tons of papers handed out for approval. SYnc feature seems to always be slow or have issues.
It's also amazing how it links to Jonas with updated information. It keeps everything organized and if I need to view anything in particular, the search options are very helpful.

Pros

The programm is better than other programms and the staff is always helpful. With pleasure i will recommended to other colleagues.
Customer support is amazing, Executive could not be more helpful. The software is very logical with varied options and funcionality, good reporting and visually gives you useful statistics.
Hoteliga is really easy , accesible from everywhere with great interface and amazing reports. From my point of you is a fantastic solution for medioum size hotels (until 30-40 rooms ).

Cons

Also, sync errors are difficult to find and no alerts for such as given.
As of 2018, we can now print our account number on vendor checks so this problem has been alleviated.
Inability to lock a date from being input; after the close, we do not want billing dates for the closed quarter to be input, and Beanworks does not offer an option for this.

Cons

I have been working with different hospitality programs, channel managers & back offices for years with very bad results.
Managing this management system and its reservation connection, saves time and avoids errors.
Being in the hotel industry for more than 10 years, and worked with various hospitality applications, such as Fidelio, Epitome, etc. I was a little bite sceptical regarding Hoteliga.
