Pros

Each month Bench sends over my monthly expense report, and keeps everything perfectly balanced, like all things should be. I highly recommend bench, and look forward to continuing my subscription.
My experience with Bench has been excellent. Customer service is wonderful, and it is user friendly.
Bench is really great, I am a growing small business and it is really important for me to track my numbers for my continued growth.

Pros

The format is clean and not cluttered, and it's easy to find the items you need. It's great to be able to see when something gets uploaded and the fact that comments can be added is a nice feature.
The software is very user friendly. It is easy to upload/download documents and track items that are outstanding or fulfilled.
I love this software for public accounting. This is a great tool to use with clients to keep the audit on track and organized in terms of what is needed from them before, during, and after the audit.

Cons

I can finally just focus on building the business without doing all that tedious worrying about financials.
As with all software based services, sometimes Bench can lag in their monthly accounts at the beginning of the new year. This is a very minor inconvenience to the overall experience.
They will provide your books as spreadsheets for your CPA to work with. At first I was nervous about this, but it hasn't been an issue.

Cons

I think mostly user error). Is there a cheat sheet out there for clients that have multiple accounts.
Interface can be confusing for people intimidated by new technology (e.g., some clients may not like it). It is missing integrations (e.g., to sharefile).
If a request got inserted in the wrong category, you can't just drag & drop it into the proper section. You can't see in one place everything the client uploaded.
