Pros

It has been working out great for us. Very happy with the experience and software.
We have had great success with Bento. It is a great value for our money.
Functionality and ease of use. Customer Service-Senam is outstanding.

Pros

The ability to look up the approval history, with notes and uploaded documents, for each purchase requisition or PO is also a nice feature.
Mostly good with respect to the approval and request submission process.
The implementation support was superb and the follow-up customer service was exceptional.

Cons

Our cards are used for gas and vehicle maintenance and are restricted as such. I get alerts when funds are running low as well as alerts when cards have been denied due to improper usage.
Our company has been transformed with these new Bento cards. We no longer have to worry about cash being unaccounted for.
Now they are not loosing time in the field and book keeper isn't having to stop in the middle of something to review receipts and cut a check. We have also seen saving in 'returns.

Cons

It was difficult to deploying the upgrade. Setting up structures and our GL was difficult.
Occasional errors in accounting software when importing information if another user is in accounting system (has to do with batching).
Limited "quick" searches (vendor filters). Limited connectivity to other programs.
