Pros

I love that Big Time has the capability of integrating a variety of content that can help us organize systems and better perform.
I look forward to continuing to work with representative with helping me grow my knowledge of the software and utilize all of the great functions Bigtime has to offer. Thank you representative.
My overall experience with BigTime has been great, the software is easy to use and navigate, and the customer support has been fast and helpful in answering any questions I have had.

Pros

The transition to Boomr was incredibly easy. The customer support team is fantastic and they are incredibly responsive and willing to find a resolution to any issues we have.
It’s an easy and comprehensive way to track time - especially when you have lots of employees with different shifts - and it integrates with QuickBooks which was great for us.
Boomr has been the perfect solution for time keeping for a small business like ours that has employees in multiple locations.

Cons

This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
Management denied my request. This is foolish, short sighted management.
Timesheets dont get easily submitted, it gives errors which causes submissions to fail.

Cons

Ll just say that we disliked it so much that, even though the sales person talked us into signing up for a year in advance, we still switched to TSheets about 3 months after we started using Boomr.
Sometimes the software bugs out and deletes a shift or will keep you clocked in for 24 hours. It also only shows gross pay.
I had to request the correction from my manager. The app would crash sometimes, or put me on break when I hadnt requested that.
