Pros

The overall experience is superb and it helps businesses to track the project with its progress report and budget management tool is one of the best.
Big Time Customer Service is always great to work with. Everyone I have worked with has always been very polite, professional, and quick to resolve issues.
We love that we can set up and assign projects and have it integrated with our consultants calendars. We love the timekeeping piece and reporting.

Pros

The best feature of Chase is the amazing support team - there are similar products in the market, at similar pricing but what sets Chase apart is the wonderful service we get for the support teams.
I'm a happy costumer and recommend it to most businesses. I absolutely adore it and I'm a Chase Campion today thanks to support and our lovely Chase Account Manager[SENSITIVE CONTENT.
Time capturing for staff is easy. Love the tracking of all docs, amendments, instructions etc - it helps give a fabulous post mortem on jobs.

Cons

It stopped syncing with QuickBooks without lots of re-booting of computers and time wasted. Customer service was seriously lacking when we stopped using it.
There are a couple of features that are missing pertaining specifically to my company.
Migration is always a headache no matter what system you are moving too.

Cons

Life would be horrendous without Chase for me and for the rest of us in Finance.
Once a work type or task is added, it remains forever, even if it has been made obsolete.
There are no specific requirements that come to mind.

BigTime invoicing allows your company to tailor the rates per client. it is a faster and easier product for entering time and billing the clients.

Cons

I like the ease of use for this product. It is easy to create individual billing guideline for each client. I did not have any issues using this product.

Overall, this software helps to streamline projects!

Pros

This is a great mobile timesheet app. It tracks every hour spent on a project and helps to track everything that each person is doing. It’s great.

Cons

The only thing I dislike is that the older engineers have trouble with it. I wish it was a little more user-friendly.

We were to use the software mainly for our project managers to manage projects, but the timekeeping portion of the software is very limited.

Pros

I needed immediate assistance and was able to Chat with rep very quickly

Cons

Cannot be enough training for all of the options it offers, even creating reports is difficult

Over all this software works perfectly for any small office. Also any one can easily learned to use this software in just one training season and when I learn how to use this software I had no problems. BigTime would be definitely be a big time saver.

Pros

Installing and having and using this software for both timekeeping and project management has been a big timesaver for me. Being able to look into review and approve timesheets really quickly, and also to keep track of task completion proved to me and this software is exactly what the project managers needed.

Cons

I can only think of this software needs the ability to be able to customize invoices and allow me to to have them how I want them to be.

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and the support from the BigTime staff is great! The set-up of the projects and tasks is very straight forward, and provides great visibility into projects and provides detailed time accounting data.

Cons

Just familiarizing with the software, it seems that the least attractive features about this software is the submitting, approval and posting of time-sheets.

No way to customize invoice reports (column width), no way to organize custom reports, not intuitive to have N/C items left off of invoices. Chat option was not helpful, no immediate response and I was logged off. The submit buttons on the bottom of the screen are too small and look like more text and not the submit button. We used to use Concur and there was an option to email your receipts and they would be downloaded for the user. Our employees miss that attribute.

Because of the type of business we represent, we have a variety of working methods and billing methods. With the help of the Support Staff, I've been able to find work arounds for any billing methods not currently covered by the software.

Pros

The software is intuitive and easy to learn. The staff hasn't had much difficulty using the software even new staff as they've come on board.

Cons

It would be nice if the Reports section was more flexible and easier to write ad-hoc reports. At this time, I can get what I need by downloading full data and summarizing as I need to in Excel.
