Pros

I love bill.com so far it has been a lifesaver for our organization's business transactions even when on holiday.
Love that it can be linked with Quickbooks. Also love that I will soon be able to accept international payments which is a plus for my company.
I love the ease of using and setting up this system to ensure timely payments for myself from other sponsors and companies.

Pros

Then what we like the most about the software itself is that it's very user friendly and very flexible for the company needs. Also best value on the market.
The team at Expensepoint wants you to fully understand the application, wants to make sure you are comfortable with application, your needs are meet. The team is outstanding.
Fantastic, people are very friendly and helpful, listen to what you need. Because this program was customized for me my job is faster and easier than ever.

Cons

Setting up multiple bank accounts is terrible, TERRIBLE. If you setup bills in QBO first and it syncs to bill.com it is very time consuming to fix.
They made several mistakes and I asked to speak to someone above it’s our ceo and he isn’t available. They do not car about their customers and they do not own up about making mistakes.
There is no way to contact a human at their company with a problem. For instance, when changing away from an on-demand back off support company, our account was suspended and I couldn't get into it.

Cons

M not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.
It totally fails at accomplishing what it sets out to do. I think they rushed the software to market.
I haven't seen anything that I dislike about this program.
