Pros

It has a great interface and the best part is the design of the invoices is crisp, clean and exactly how you want it. Their customer service is SPOT ON.
Having a clean, organized, and beautiful interface instills confidence in our brand -- and we're obsessed with it.
Always amazing, willing to help, and they talk to me like a human being. Definitely one of my favorite companies out there.

Pros

I like ZipBooks feedback functionality - the ease of which you can receive reviews, and how it incorporates the most popular social media.
ZipBooks also has great reporting features which shows you your total revenue for the past 12 months, an expense report, income per client, outstanding payments, tax and more.
The invoice section is very good as well, just enter the blanks and it's all auto. The best part is the support, because i am getting full support although i am using the free version.

Cons

I was introduced to Blinksale about 6 months in and my only regret is not having used it sooner. A must for freelancers and small business owners new and old.
The one complaint I had was that you couldn't reorder lines in an invoice or estimate. But, after a quick chat response w Patrick, I felt heard & within a couple of months, that feature was added.
Blinksale has helped me manage my invoices and payments so much more than I thought it would. Running a small business on your own can be very difficult.

Cons

I had a dispute with a company that uses Zipbooks for payment. The company ceased ALL contact with me. I called Zipbooks to see how to start a dispute against the company.
Ll need to have, open and use an additional program for inventory and figure out how to incorporate them.
Incorrect account balances and poor sorting of time tracking 'jobs. Some of these bugs have been ongoing since I signed up, and a few have been fixed.
