Pros

I love that it's so user friendly and the customer service is great. I love that they are always contacting us about new ideas to integrate into the program and they have implemented them.
Our office LOVES Canopy!!! We love how user friendly it is and they have great customer service.
Help with Tax Resolution!!!! I love being able to send client request. Completing forms within the system is very helpful.

Pros

TurboTax Business is perfect for small business owners like myself and I highly recommend them. The process is easy and they have reps and the tools needed to guide you along the way if needed.
My overall experience with TurboTax has been good. I have successfully been able to file on my behalf multiple times and very easily.
I love that TurboTax helps me easily categorize all my business expenses so that I can itemize them and maximize my deductions.

Cons

After a lot of $, we have been so frustrated we haven't even gotten off the ground. The support is terrible and there is very amateurish implementation planning.
Honestly, customer support is the lowest on my list with this software. It's difficult to get answers and then when I get someone, they tell me no one has every reported that before.
Customer Service is Terribly - This Company is too new to meet deadlines.

Cons

The customer service is terrible, the price is terrible, and the ease of use it terrible.
My overall experience with TurboTax Business sucks.
Nothing about this software left a bad taste in my mouth.
