It was easy to choose this product for a company of our size & use case (we use it for phantom equity management). It's very helpful that they have phantom equity built in and easy to manage - tried this out with a few other products and their phantom equity features were less intuitive. Has all the functions we need for a fair price.
Team is based in Europe so can sometime take a bit longer to reach someone for customer support.

I don't want to dilute my company ownership but cap-board has helped me track my control over the company.
I liked how it was easy to navigate trough it features which has helped me track my company value, shares and potential investment.
Yeah some features are not easy to get around it and would suggest more tutorial.
