Pros

I like when it is not interfered with so that I can operate it as it was designed. When functioning, it gave an overall good picture of our company and was somewhat easy to use.
I recommend that you talk to them and ask for a product demo so you can make sure it will be a good fit.
I LIKE THE DRILL DOWN FEATURE ANE EASE OF CORRECTING TRANSACTIONS. I LIKE THE REPORTING OPTIONS ALSO.

Pros

Very quick to respond and always helpful. The software is the best we could find out there to fit our needs and so far, I am happy with it.
This product is the biggest and best and should absolutely be considered for any AR collection effort functionality. Just make sure to have honest dialogue on needs and price before committing.
They are all so very helpful, kind and patient. When I do have a question and I call rep.

Cons

I really want to keep others from experiencing the huge mess we have had the last 6 weeks by warning others not to purchase from this company.
I can't think of anything negative regarding the vendor or product.
There are no features I like or dislike about the product.

Cons

I do not we have been charged for some training, which I do not agree with because there have been so many issues with your system.
Setting up automated features requires multiple steps and can be confusing.
Not having titles on the emails makes it difficult to know which email is relevant to what the collector is looking for.
