We did not need to update, but once the Trial was put on our computer, it TOTALLY messed it up. After calls to the company, they first said that they did not know why the Trial messed it up.

Trying to migrate from Champion was a disaster; finally just migrated vendors, customers, and employees, as all the data got corrupted somehow. And it took weeks of trying.

The errors that get thrown when a business condition is not met sometimes seem a little unpolished. For example, if it warns you to include a note, and you include a note, the warning doesn't go away.

Chrome River has a poor user interface, so is hard for new users to navigate and generally is clunky.

When we first went live with Chrome River then, we went live with the Mercury version and a lot of things were still on the Platinum version so a little inconvenient at the time.
