Simple software, can do the accounting with less accounting knowledge, its able access from any were in online.
ZOHO has many other apps implementation and its able to customize according to our requirement.
Reporting format of Balance sheet and Profit loss in excel need to improve.

In the end, I feel there are nicer accounting systems for the small business. but thus dies have good and deep integrations with the other Soho products if you're already invested.
It does have powerful reporting for analysing things.
It's not very useable without a good knowledge of accounting. Very little hand holding or clues for the average business user that doesn't have an accounting degree.

Great app for start-ups, and new learners to manage accounting operations easly.
As an accounting professional, I do recommend this application to business and individuals who have some basic knowledge of accounting. It's easy to use and provides huge amount of options to manage your accounting process effectively.
Sometimes I faced with errors while creating vouchers however, it can be related to my device. Apart from this, i didn't see any drawbacks of the software.

Very good accounting tool for SMEs, easy adaptable to country and company specifics. But they do need to improve the project managament accounting.
It's very intuitive so you can start using the tool immediately. All answers can be found online. Customizable to company's needs. They are always adding new features and reports. We love it.
The project accounting is something we would need but the way it is set up in Zoho Books, we cannot use it so we found a workaround, which is still not the perfect solution. I am also missing cash flow prediction modeling. I am also missing the xml invoice export, for that I need another tool.

I like how it give all the details of the cash flow in every business. This helps in making the right decision for better running of your company. It lacks budget module feature like it is in other accounting software.

Zoho Books has made accounting reliable and efficient.
I like the way the software allows us to reconcile various transaction hence eliminating errors in reporting. Its ability to integrate it with inventory management makes it even better.
Their customer support is a bit slow in response but generally, I cant complain because they always offer help.

I found that Zoho books was simple to learn and start using, users do not require prior accounting skills. The templates are simple and straight forward, it is fast and supports multi users and currencies. The feature to create a portal for clients and suppliers is an additional bonus
We were unable to interface it with our previous accounting system in order to export data. So we had to input the historical data manually. Other than that it has worked great for us

In the beginning stage of our business zoho tool was great and helped us maintain good records with perfect reporting.
It is a great tool for beginners and has great option for invoicing. Very user friendly tool with great interface.
Zoho is great tool for accounting but when it comes to customization the support is narrowed. We are currently using Extensive Accounting Software which is similar to zoho with customization for our business needs.

It was a very simple platform with the initial configuration, its integration system is basic allowing all stored data to be safe and its accounting process is exact.
It has been a good balance in general without complications and without fatal flaws that cannot be resolved quickly

There are a lot of outstanding problems that users have notified them about and I continuously see people bringing up the same problems years after they were first brought to the attention of the developers.
It was relatively easy to switch from the previous accounting software.
They do not fix old issues unless they are critical to the functioning of the software.

Zoho is very user friendly and once you have used any other accounting software it's easy to get up and running with Zoho Books.
Ease of use, it has all the features I was looking for in an accounting application. The security is another factor I like Zoho Books.
I wish there could be a way to get transactions directly firm wave accounting app.

- The flow is broken when multicurrencies and countries are involved - The system has to be more robost as it supports day to day accounting activities - Few features are not upto the mark - Too many updates and time consuming

I’ve been using Zoho books for over a year successfully. I was able to easily migrate after a bad experience with quickbooks and from there been able to slightly customize it for my needs. I enjoy how it integrates with their expense tracker and with PayPal.
Easy to use platform with all the basic features for accounting.
User interface can feel a bit dated at times which makes it a bit difficult to do frequent tasks.

Mixed feelings. When product works, it works well. Especially the bank feeds. Unfortunately, they often go down and are sometimes down for weeks or months.
Works well for the cost. Just about all the accounting basics included.
The support is horrible. Lots of misunderstanding when it comes to understanding the problem. Very slow to resolve anything, if they're able too.

It helps me keep my accounts and for calculations.
It is great for finance and accounting, it is also GST compliant.
It does not really have any consequences, just a little too pricey.
