Pros

We've found Krish and his team to be super helpful. They were responsive and informative to our pre-sales questions and have been helpful setting us up with their system.
Their customer service is awesome and provides great help. However, because it is easy to use, I have not had to use their help more than once.
It's extremely easy to use. Should you run into any issues, their support team is amazing and very responsive.

Pros

I love love love this product. It is helping me communicate with customers in other countries easily.
Super easy to use on Mac platforms. Easy to message back and forth between clients.
Works perfectly and very easy to use and setup.

Cons

I've already lost over $6000 in charges I can't add to my customers' invoices and a few thousand dollars in invoices that can't be generated.
So customers are confused as too why they got an email says they paid but no payments removed from their account.
It stinks as I could not have a hosted payment portal for my customers to make payments and manage their accounts. Their software is heavily into coding and having the coding experience.

Cons

Unfortunately I get many spam calls on my regular cell number because it is listed on the web. By changing to a Ring 4 number I am able to block all these spam calls.
I find that the app does not always ring through when I get a call. I usually notice that I have missed a call when I see there is a voice mail.
Doesn’t sync bt apple products with same iTunes accounts - annoying when you have multiple team members using software and moon can see evidence of what other are doing.
