Pros

Very pleasant experience to date, team is very responsive, knowledgeable and solution driven, providing best practice advice.
Amazing team who are always helpful. The Checkbox Certification program is a good self-serve training resource.

Pros

I had a fair few questions for support as I went along and they got us to where we needed to be which was really helpful. Love the stripe integration.
Easy to use and great customer success team that helps you every step of the way. Very useful templates to get you started.
Overall, I'm really happy I switched to Softr.io. The team are helpful and the simplicity is so good.

Cons

Navigating the dashboard can get a bit confusing, especially because I (as admin) don't use it every week.
Formatting options, while present, are not consistently available across the different elements or blocks.
Would be good to have more UX features. The lines connecting the blocks tend to get messy and hard to differentiate when you have multiple different flow paths, difficult to locate the correct path.

Cons

I had trouble getting the user edit feature to work, but that was because I hadn't set permissions in the settings.
There's no way around it basically. It can be very frustrating but I guess that comes with most site-builders.
So implementing your product will be very fast but a bit constrained by the existing design. You can however rely on custom code to add a few blocks or features as needed.
