Pros

We are keeping track of all corporate spend, and submitting them all on time now. The visibility of where all expenses are in their approval process has been great for our users.
Very flexible from an administrative perspective - we can set routing rules to be as simple or complex as we wish. Automated approval routing is the best.
The navigation is very user intuitive and there are apps to help simplify expense entry and receipt capture. It has very robust reporting capabilities and support documentation on their community.

Pros

This software has been great for our business. We use it on a weekly basis and it is very user friendly.
I have many AP platforms for Account Payable processing so far this is the best solution. My favorite features are.
Ease of use entering bills and it syncs with Quickbooks. Also the Customer Service was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Cons

The errors that get thrown when a business condition is not met sometimes seem a little unpolished. For example, if it warns you to include a note, and you include a note, the warning doesn't go away.
Chrome River has a poor user interface, so is hard for new users to navigate and generally is clunky.
When we first went live with Chrome River then, we went live with the Mercury version and a lot of things were still on the Platinum version so a little inconvenient at the time.

Cons

Poorly constructed releases of software/platform updates. Lack of customization for multinational businesses.
Bill.com has failed on so many levels I am shocked that the people running the place are able to even get out of bed in the morning, let alone operated a sophisticated billing company.
Very frustrated after 2 hours and 2 diff chat sessions and now have to wait till next week to talk to someone - cant believe there are NO OPTIONS to talk to a real person.
