Pros

Very flexible from an administrative perspective - we can set routing rules to be as simple or complex as we wish. Automated approval routing is the best.
I am using Chrome River for expense audit and it is very simple to use. There are some useful features like currency conversion, duplicate receipt checking will help to audit smoothly.
Fantastic customer service with a quality product that allows a lot of flexibility regarding expense reporting.

Pros

We have 12 employees, we have been using the product for aprox 6 months and we love it. It is user friendly, the service has been great and most of all they respond to our needs immediately.
I can't begin to say enough good things about John, he is AMAZING. I have not asked him to do a single task that he was not able to perform.
The software's architecture allows for substantial customization. The support staff is responsive and knowledgeable, great customer service and support.

Cons

The errors that get thrown when a business condition is not met sometimes seem a little unpolished. For example, if it warns you to include a note, and you include a note, the warning doesn't go away.
We continually have issues and have to fight to get our reimbursements despite going through all the correct steps and getting pre-approvals. The system is confusing and constantly makes you resubmit.
As a user, it is a bit difficult to make changes to an expense item as you are required to drill into the item and change the item type, and any related information.

Cons

It was hell getting it migrated from NoteSmith. I think we were given the wrong engineer to start.
