Pros

I am using Chrome River for expense audit and it is very simple to use. There are some useful features like currency conversion, duplicate receipt checking will help to audit smoothly.
Fantastic customer service with a quality product that allows a lot of flexibility regarding expense reporting.
Further, our AP team and others have gained greater efficiencies by being able to collect this information in real-time and process it faster.

Pros

These are important concepts that many other programs lack (in sum). I have been extremely satisfied with all Microsoft products, and this only affirms that appreciation for their quality.
The product is written by one of the best names out there, Microsoft, and is supported by a great team. Getting a hold of them is easy and working with them is a pleasure.
With Microsoft Dymanics SL, it's good to have exactly what you need in mind, and the program is super helpful with accommodating those goals. And it offers copy/paste features.

Cons

The errors that get thrown when a business condition is not met sometimes seem a little unpolished. For example, if it warns you to include a note, and you include a note, the warning doesn't go away.
We continually have issues and have to fight to get our reimbursements despite going through all the correct steps and getting pre-approvals. The system is confusing and constantly makes you resubmit.
The limitation of customization of Mexico VAT.

Cons

It does not work well in our industry. We need too many customized programs, reports, and inventory calculations so the cost of the software (custom programming) has become a burden.
Too many errors and it's hard to get fixed when you get to them.
Horrible time taking features, constantly miscalculating hours spent on tasks after inputted.
