Pros

I am using Chrome River for expense audit and it is very simple to use. There are some useful features like currency conversion, duplicate receipt checking will help to audit smoothly.
Fantastic customer service with a quality product that allows a lot of flexibility regarding expense reporting.
Further, our AP team and others have gained greater efficiencies by being able to collect this information in real-time and process it faster.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the ease of use. It is friendly for mobile phones and mere pictures will be sufficient for processing.
The fact that it uploads to QuickBooks and translates the image seemed positive. It does not allow you to add a duplicate entry which is great.
Like the automation, keeping all receipts in one place, uploading is easy and usually does a great job with reading from the sometimes crumpled receipts.

Cons

The errors that get thrown when a business condition is not met sometimes seem a little unpolished. For example, if it warns you to include a note, and you include a note, the warning doesn't go away.
We continually have issues and have to fight to get our reimbursements despite going through all the correct steps and getting pre-approvals. The system is confusing and constantly makes you resubmit.
The limitation of customization of Mexico VAT.

Cons

VERY BAD, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. SALES TEAM SAID TECH SUPPORT WERE SUPERSTARS, THEY DON'T EXIST.
In the app there are some unnecessary fields that you don't have to fill in, but they are named the same as one which you do, which was confusing at first, but now I am used to it.
Tricky to set up, costly. Now there are other products with same functionality but cheaper.
