Pros

Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.

After complaining to customer service and ask for a refund of the payments taken by mistake on the 8th, still waiting for refund to be made! now been two weeks waiting for a refund.

Works well for Agile and helps us stay oriented

It helps keep teams focused on the current sprint. It does a good job of being a project management tool. I wish it was as agile as the methodology for which it has grown to support.

Pros

You have a clear clean presentation of existing and upcoming sprint work. The user stories are clear and available.

Cons

There seems to be a more effective method for assigning user stories, and reassigning user stories between team members. In Agile methodology, it's a good practice to be able to place work (user stories) back into the cue if a task takes longer than expected. This delay in development can be cause by a large number of external problems. A drag and drop feature could help cut down on the time it takes to initially assign work as well as reassign work. Can you add placeholder text for the creation of user stories. Gherkin syntax placeholder text would be wonderful.
