Pros

We can easily enter time and expenses and effortlessly issue invoice in minutes. Really helps us bill clients quickly and track what has been paid and is still outstanding.
Additionally, the billing process has been simplied and can be run from any computer. Further, the ability to keep up with each staff member's productivity is AWESOME.
I love having all the information about a client in one place. It's super easy to use and if I can't figure something out the customer service is always available to help.

Pros

Incredible friendly non-pressured experience. They want to help you in and offer a tremendous solution, but they let you decide if it is a good fit.
I would highly recommend investing in this tool as it will not only provide you with some peace of mind but also highlight areas for improvement.
Using within my team to improve the operation has been fantastic. Quick and easy to setup or utilise an existing template which can be adapted to suit your needs.

Cons

CLIO is missing some things that I took for granted in other software, the biggest being warning the user when a scheduling conflict occurs on the calendar.
With Clio, billing is no more trouble than making the time entries that I was already doing. Now I can handle the entire task very quickly sitting at my own computer.
Sometimes having too many customizing options can be a little overwhelming. Perhaps Clio could create preset packages for certain areas of law (e.g. immigration, personal injury, criminal).

Cons

In the beginning it could confuse you finding the right template to begin doing the audits.
In fact, the lack of persistent variables is one of the primary reasons why my motorhome template is more than 7,000 items long.
I needed to move from a hard copy Site Audit Check Sheet to an electronic version that I could report on.
