Not familiar with any other systems so I can't really identify any cons related to this software.

Running journal report is very good and report that post entry on to SAP (ERP) is also simple

SAP Concur is a robust expensing software. It has all the functionality you would expect but, from a UX perspective, feels like a legacy ERP platform. In this way, the platform feels dated.

As explained, the platform feels a bit dated, like a legacy ERP platform. Each experience on Concur is like a trip back in time.

The best thing was all expenses were automatically tracked and organized. So it was easy to create the monthly expense report.

There is a lot of functionality I didn't use. I didn't use it mainly because I didn't need it to do my job.

Although SAP Concur is great software but pricing is high for small and medium enterprises. Also, it is little cumbersome to integrate SAP Concur with our ERP tools.

I am able to detect errors on invoices by matching payments via 2 & 3 way matching tools.

SAP Concur is used in few selected departments in my organization, my business unit being the main. I like that it offers iOS and Android mobile apps which makes it easy to carry out accounting tasks on the go.

However, the mobile app has limited features compared to cloud-based.

Mobile app do not have all the features available on cloud system.

The ability to have admin rights to view all employee expense reports in the company is very beneficial from an accounting perspective. I'm easily able to search by employee name, report name, submit date, etc.

A helpful feature would be the ability to see what general ledger account each concur expense type is mapped to. Currently we have to reach out to our IT department in order to find out this information. This would also help department managers identify if expenses are getting booked to the correct accounts which would better help them track their actual spend versus the budget.

Concur makes it very simple to fill out expense reports, upload receipts even by sending them straight to an integrated email. I love the simplicity of filling out reports as a user!

Concur was slightly difficult to map at the account level within our ERP. It took a lot of manual work to get implemented and accurate. Post implementation, everything has been smooth, but was a slight headache when implementing it!

Cloud based, receipts are stored in cloud, lesser infra requirement, pre built mobile app, no worries on upgrade etc

- When selecting multiple expenses if you happen to click off a radio button all expenses are unselected. - Expensing hotel stays require a lot of information, and changes to be made. - No way to search for specific expense reports. - Software has had no major feature improvements in 4+ years.

The app is light and quick to load. It is simple and friendly to use, it covers my trips, mileage, company expenses. It does what it is supposed to do.

None really, sometimes the number of clicks in a process might have been reduced but overall great functionality.

Even though mobile application on my Android phone does not produce all features, cloud apps works perfectly lit.

I like that it's cloud-based and includes Expensify.

1) Extremely poor customer service. It's not their fault, but the customer service teams are outsourced and unqualified to do much more than read from a script. 2) The software lacks an intuitive interface. Requires a lot of manual effort, from receipt matching (which is supposed to be automatic but fails more often than not to match to the proper transaction), to viewing the receipt in a little tiny window. The transaction type, which the system should learn, fails to port properly about 50% of the time, which means I have to manually change it. All in all, requires A LOT of manual effort for a system that was promised to increase efficiency and make our lives easier.
