I love the ability to review and approved remotely. I appreciate the emailing of receipts and then being able to easily select them for each expense.

When you do have to enter information, it is PAINFUL. The interface looks old and messy, and adding images and receipts is a unnecessarily difficult process due to bad thumbnails and image viewing.

I find it a bit confusing to use. Maybe it's because the way it is configured in my company, but it is too much information in one visual that you might get lost when selecting the proper option.

Great app but room for improvement

i have overall very satisfying experience with SAP concur, as a employee i creates a expense Report and it goes to several steps of Approval before getting it accepted like in my case it goes to my manager and he looks for the information and receipt that i have uploaded and if everything seems good he approve or reject the expense report. our organization has also integrate it with other Accounting software or tool where if the expense is approved the next step would be to reimburse it. overall i have found it really easy to use and effective.

Make an Expense report for claims

Overall, I am fine with the product. I do not travel a lot so I tolerate the time it takes to get the booking done and reporting expenses is not hard. As an Admin, setting up new users can be complicated and cannot do it without notes but I think this is my Company's requirements maybe more so than SAP Concur.

Concur Pros and Cons

Essential Products for large companies

I have had a great experience with Concur. I am able to list all of my expenses and my mileage and submit them easily. The approval process is quick and easy and the money goes right into my paycheck. It is such a user friendly software that anyone could do it!

Concur is Great!

Being able to expense remotely and from the cloud is beneficial.

Concur makes the expense process easier but some features are difficult to use and unreliable. 

Not enjoyable, very frustrating, and I'd rather not use it.

We did like the platform (when the connection to Amex wasn't constantly disconnecting).  It took some time to figure out all the bells and whistles and narrow down which we needed and how to pull reports to get the info we needed but once we did it helped a lot with expense reports.  

Customer service is terrible 

Concur makes booking trips and processing expenses easy for our team. It streamlines the process and saves time, meaning I can be reimbursed in a timely manner and saves me time when booking a trip.

Always an easy job to sort expenses with Concur!

Useful tool but UI/UX could be improved 

I have been very happy with the program and it allows me to keep track of what expenses I have submitted and what reimbursements I have received.  Just last month I forgot to submit my cell phone reimbursement and it was easy to check my history and see what had and had not been paid out.
