Pros

Overall it has been a great addition to keeping us accountable and organized. The software is easy to use and we love that you can add delegates to your account so they can assist with reports.
I like that is is functional and easy to integrate with other systems. I liked getting reimbursed and I like how you can see your tickets and what has been submitted.
They also offer an app which I haven't tried yet but have heard all good things about it. The ease of training employees is also a nice benefit as it is a pretty user friendly system.

Cons

I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
Ve encountered numerous problems when using this software, but I am not sure if it is a Concur problem or if it is based on filters my company might have imposed.
Itemizing expenses is even worse. I have used this at two different companies and at both organizations I dread expense reports in large part due to how cumbersome Concur is.
