Overall,I love to be able to do all of my approvals in one software program. I utilized for T&E, purchase order approvals, accounts payable, and the workflow approval was awesome. Very robust software.
The software lacked the ability to easily connect to customer list and did not have prepaid expense amortization capabilities.

Our company uses SAP Concur to handle all of its travel and expense requests. It's unique to each trip and gives the Accounts team lots of specifics to double check. Total distance can be calculated using a margin calculator that displays the shortest route using Google Maps.
In order to keep track of company expenditures, we have adopted SAP Concur. Keeping tabs on costs is greatly simplified. It records every purchase made with our credit cards, notifies its users, and prompts them to submit an expenditure report.
It's important to note that there are obstacles or restrictions I face when utilizing SAP Concur. For example, the learning curve involved with implementing new software can be steep.

Expense reporting gets easier all the time! Due to frequent travel, I often use the mobile app for snapping photos of receipts immediately after purchases. As long as I'm faithful with recording/annotating expenses immediately, the end-of-month process is a breeze. Highly recommend.
With a few taps, I'm able to enter purchase notes, categorize the purchase, etc. At month-end, almost all my work is done! With Concur's integration with our travel service, hotel receipts & airline & rental tickets receipts are often imported automatically. What's not to like?
We are forced to break out and itemize all taxes and fees at hotels, for every night, but I'm not sure if this is my company's business requirement, or a Concur feature.

We use this for expensing trips and food mostly - very easy for travel and getting reimbursed.
I love the expense submission process. The attaching of receipts and information about each purchase is easy.
I do not like booking anything within Concur. It's clunky. I'd rather do it outside of the software and expense later.

The mobile app, e-receipts (no longer have to take a picture of a receipt for anything travel related), just sent directly from the vendor to my profile. 24/7 customer service, connects directly with our ERP, a consultant to walk you through setup and configure the solution to your processes. Negotiated travel rates that you can't find online. Concur also process vendor invoices.
The procurement piece of the invoice tool is a little light, but is definitely sufficient for creating purchase requests / purchase orders. It also has the ability to match PO's, Invoices, & Receipt data. Overall the invoice process is great.

SAP concur is an ok software product and we are using it for purchase management as well as expense reimbursement.
SAP Concur is a pretty good software product for expense reimbursement for the entire company and seems to work well with other 3rd party products
The user interface for this software product is pretty dated and could do with a refresh to make it a bit more user friendly.

Everything is in one place. Accounts payable, expense reporting, Travel booking and now Purchase Requisitions. People are used to the interface.
I find that Concur is fairly customizable and has many modules which can touch many points of our business. We use Expense, Invoicing, the travel booking program, and am implementing PO's now.
Hard to describe what I like least because there are so many things, compared to other programs, that I dislike. Though I am super disappointed after one year, with the Travel implementation, I think overall, what I am most disappointed with is the inability for Concur to know their own product enough to be able to support it. I say this because it's taken me about 6 months of prodding and research...

It gets the job done, not too many frills and things that I use.
I use concur to submit Purchase Orders. It is easy to use and easy to learn. It is functional and gets the job done.
Nothing much to say here. I don't use too many of the functions, but from what I've used it works well for what we need.

I use for some purchase/expense reports as well as travel management. I love the app and receipt management when traveling. Makes expense reporting easy.
User interface is good, fairly straightforward with enough flexibility to accommodate for most/all my needs in expense reports and travel management. Nice receipt management through the app.
I like for the most part. Minor issues on the request side, but our organization is using outside of the original use-case.

We use Concur as our primary program for reconciling purchase card transactions. This is definitely the software to use for your expense reporting and reimbursement needs!
I love the mobile version of Concur. Uploading receipts has never been easier. Before, I had to manually scan receipts and upload them. But the mobile upload is a vast improvement.
The interface was a little glitchy at times. But that was addressed with a new and VERY improved version of the system.

Why are we still using this kind of software? I wish there was a better alternative that my company would utilize.
It allowed me to charge expenses and copy from a previous expense report. Also allows me to split costs between order numbers.
This user interface and response time reminds me of dial up days. It is so clunky looking and slow. I hate to use it but it is all we have.

The main issue we have is to be able track expenses in order to comply with the Physician Payment Sunshine Act reporting requirements.
It can help with compliance with the Sunshine Act which is very important for pharmaceutical companies.
It's very expensive. They charge $14 per expense report.

Meh. I've figured out how to make it work for me, and how to work within its confinements, but it's been quite the road and frustrating at times.
Concur has a LOT of features to customize. It's truly made for larger business and functions as such. For smaller ones, or those (like us), who need specific things, and wish to make life easier, it isn't so good.
Customer service is a bit trying. They're definitely available, just not very helpful. A lot of times, we're needing something, and just can't get it. Reports in chronological order, for example. No? They're displayed in order of entry. Makes no sense.

We use it at work daily and it's a great place to keep all invoices. I just wished it can easily be matched or grouped to final products for reference.
Used it several times and it was so simple to use and have everything available to you on your fingertips for approval. You can edit and keep track of informatio.
No invoice tracking, difficult to match invoices with purchase orders. A lot of improvements can be made to the product. It is a resourceful software, just needs more.

Great software intuitive easy to use 10 out of 10 would recommend
Concur allows you to easily capture your expenses and itemize each purchase. When you take a picture of your receipt it will itemize the individual line items and give you a sum total with absolute ease
The only negative thing I can say about concur is it is a little bit clunky to find the information in previous expenses when you are an approver - For example if somebody submit an expense report for today it will not warn me of duplicates from previous expense reports

I like the feature to add photos directly to an expense. I also like that I can send emails with expense details directly to concur.
I wish expenses showed more quickly after a purchase. There are many categories to classify expenses and I wish I could save "favorites" or "frequently used" classifications for reference.

It is easy to sort submitted expenses by category, date, etc. As a user, the easiest workflow for me is to immediately take a picture of the receipt after a purchase and add it to my expenses.
You need to upload receipts one-by-one. If you had a backlog of receipts to submit, this can be a bit of an inconvenience at times.

We love Concur! It is easy and quick to submit expense reports. The quicker you get people their money, the happier they are!
I love how simple the interface is. The dashboard is easy to navigate and is not cluttered with unnecessary verbiage or graphics.
I wish you didn't have to add so many details about each expense. For example, city of purchase and who the list of people for who the expense was for.

I really enjoyed using this application. Easy to navigate, reliable and no extra stuff to work through.
The reassurance of knowing where your money is being used. The ability to track and report where employees are spending it. The comfort level is extreme. Knowing reimbursement will be promptly handled. Multi level of approval options, allowing less probability of misuse of expense reimbursement.
No way to bypass order of approval, if staff was out of office. Hence incurring back log and time consumption.

Overall, SAP Concur is a great tool, the combination of the mobile app and desktop stations are a win.
The tracking feature is by far my favorite feature with Concur. It gives me a list of expenses and the location the purchase was made. This makes it very easy to match up receipts, especially when you have numerous to process.
I felt Concur was a little difficult to learn. There are a lot of little steps and if you don't follow them in the correct order you may lose your work. If you don't use the software often enough, you have to relearn a few of the steps.
