Pros

I love the ability to review and approved remotely. I appreciate the emailing of receipts and then being able to easily select them for each expense.
It is one of the easy to use software and super user friendly. I would recommend this software to anyone trying to have time and money on Travel and expense management.
I like the ease of filling out each section without assistance. The best part is changing currency rates without having to do the math yourself.

Pros

I had many options to choose from Bento was the best one. Glad that I made the decision to look into it and it has been a great experience.
This has been a great option to allow some of our employees to have access to a credit card, but with control over the spending. It's easy to use, & a great value for the money.
If you are a small business owner who likes to follow the same philosophy of "less debt" in business as you do in your personal life, Bento is a fantastic tool to help you stick to a budget.

Cons

My app often freezes out and says "analyzing" for days. I worry my receipt image will be lost.
When you do have to enter information, it is PAINFUL. The interface looks old and messy, and adding images and receipts is a unnecessarily difficult process due to bad thumbnails and image viewing.
I find it a bit confusing to use. Maybe it's because the way it is configured in my company, but it is too much information in one visual that you might get lost when selecting the proper option.

Cons

Our cards are used for gas and vehicle maintenance and are restricted as such. I get alerts when funds are running low as well as alerts when cards have been denied due to improper usage.
No international coverage or accounting integration.
I am solving the fact that i will not lise any money from fraud on my books and i can track spending account.

Concur is the expense management tool that I previously used for business travel, food, and other miscellaneous expenses. It was easy to upload receipts and submit to management for review.

Pros

If you're still doing expense reports on paper, Concur Expense is a game-changer. And it fits together neatly with other Concur offerings, like Concur Travel.

Cons

Picture whatever comes to mind when you hear the words "business software." That's what Concur Expense looks and feels like. It's not pretty. And it requires expense filers to go through several steps for every report, even for common expense types. Getting reimbursed for a business dinner shouldn't require a 9-field form.

Hard to get started and hard to set up for the first time

Pros

It has a good list of all the sponsoring hotels and flights for business travel with reviews and prices enlisted.

Cons

Costs are very very overpriced on the software and it only supports big name enterprises, not very cost effective for money saving for business

We use Concur to log expenses such as cell phone use, internet usage, and any other business related expenses that we incur.

Pros

I love how simple concur is to use, whether it is on a web browser when working remote, or from a mobile device when I'm on the road and need to submit an expense report

Cons

I have yet to run into any issues when using this platform to submit my business expenses for reimbursment

A simple solution to business expense reporting

Streamlined business expenses, capturing receipts on the go, and maintaining clean accounting for our small business.

Pros

The mobile app is strong. It has all the features that you need to capture your receipts on the go. Gone are the days of sifting through receipts when you are at your desk. Just snap it and go and expense later.

Cons

The reports are just a pain. Expensing is a pain, but in a software I would really like to see credit card scanning and automatic reporting. At least have it guess and check manually if it was correct.

Cons

Cons

The payment status alert emails I get are not accurate at all. I wish they were actually real-time alerts. Not lagging 3-7 days

Credit Card Reconciling

It has been great to keep organized with my monthly transactions and adding photos of invoices is simple. Adding different employees to expenses helps to easily make it known who was involved with the transaction. It is also easy to submit the reports for approval or send a report back to the user, when needed.

Pros

This product makes it easy for me to track my monthly corporate credit card transactions. I can easily add a photo of the invoice and select a reason for the transaction.

Cons

It would be great if more of the fields I regularly select were saved. I have to enter the business reason for each transaction when it is typically the same.

Nice for travel reimbursement!

Pros

The main reason my company uses SAP Concur is for travel reimbursement. It is very convenient to have this application because it helps our the accountant when paying us, to know what extra amount we need and why this is the amount. Also SAP Concur is very handy on the app. You can easily enter miles traveled for reimbursement on the mobile app.

Cons

We don't use the other features, so we would like it if there were other features we could utilize, but in our business, there is no need for anything else.

Easily track business expenses with automatic connection to apps.

Pros

Connecting Concur to my business profile for Lyft and Uber makes it really easy to track business travel expenses through those services. I only have to remember to choose my business profile when I look for a ride. Importing expenses from email is easy and efficient, but you have to know that ALL expenses recognized are imported and you could end up with non business related expenses in your report. Integration with Tripit is seamless and makes tracking travel really easy.

Cons

I wish it was easier to manage imported expenses. Also, I've had bad luck with the system going down when I needed it most.

Mobile App is great

Overall, this software is excellent. It has eliminated the need for scanning in several receipts with the ability to take a picture. I highly recommend!

Pros

I love that Concur has a mobile app, it makes doing expenses super convenient. You can take a picture of your receipt and upload it immediately.

Cons

I don't like that it is sometimes difficult to include all of the detail my company requires for expense reimbursement through the app. For example, including multiple names from a business lunch and detailing what customer they work for has been challenging in the past.
