Pros

Overall it has been a great addition to keeping us accountable and organized. The software is easy to use and we love that you can add delegates to your account so they can assist with reports.
I like that is is functional and easy to integrate with other systems. I liked getting reimbursed and I like how you can see your tickets and what has been submitted.
They also offer an app which I haven't tried yet but have heard all good things about it. The ease of training employees is also a nice benefit as it is a pretty user friendly system.

Pros

Very nice interface, simple and yet feature packed. The costumer service is outstanding and also the implementation on some quite big features has been looked upon in a very short amount of time.
I use the Stripe integration as well and that's been pretty great. I have a "wish list" in the other part of my review but that will only make what I already have that much better.
The support team is excellent, and while it may not be as full featured as other options it provides a great value and is a great starting point.

Cons

I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
Ve encountered numerous problems when using this software, but I am not sure if it is a Concur problem or if it is based on filters my company might have imposed.
Itemizing expenses is even worse. I have used this at two different companies and at both organizations I dread expense reports in large part due to how cumbersome Concur is.

Cons

We hate losing a small piece that may cost $1000 or more and we didn't have it barcoded in separately on a check out. Also it has a hard time integrating with Quickbooks and other accounting software.
The only downside is the difficulty to contact them if you live in the US. Because they are in the Netherlands so the time difference is tough.
Overall, I think Booqable is destined to be the leader in this niche as antiquated and expensive hire system struggle to keep up with the development of this platform.
