Pros

I love the ability to review and approved remotely. I appreciate the emailing of receipts and then being able to easily select them for each expense.
It is one of the easy to use software and super user friendly. I would recommend this software to anyone trying to have time and money on Travel and expense management.
I like the ease of filling out each section without assistance. The best part is changing currency rates without having to do the math yourself.

Pros

The customer service is also a huge highlight. They are always willing to help and are super friendly.
Overall TechnoServe has had a great experience with Databasics. Their implementation team was excellent and their customer support has been top notch.
Nevertheless, the strongest asset of the Databasics service is the support team. Their effectiveness and expediency is extraordinary.

Cons

My app often freezes out and says "analyzing" for days. I worry my receipt image will be lost.
When you do have to enter information, it is PAINFUL. The interface looks old and messy, and adding images and receipts is a unnecessarily difficult process due to bad thumbnails and image viewing.
I find it a bit confusing to use. Maybe it's because the way it is configured in my company, but it is too much information in one visual that you might get lost when selecting the proper option.

Cons

As an administrator, I dislike the fact that I no longer have physical custody of the database for other analysis or reporting needs.
The Jasper reporting system is clunky and sometime our colleagues around the world have trouble accessing it.
Sometimes difficult to understand how to make changes in the system.

Saves time, easy to use, simplifies expense reporting.

Pros

Both the mobile app and the website are easy to use and MUCH simplifies the process of submitting expense reports. Paper receipts are a thing of the past and I can code expenses and post photos of receipts on the go. Everything my accounting department needs from me is in one place and because everything is done online I don't have to track down physical signatures for expense approvals. Love it!

Cons

There is some functionality I wish I had as an end user (like adding a new project code) that I need to request from our accounting department administrator but I am unsure if this is an internal setting or a software limitation.

SAP Concur really makes the expense process a pleasant experience. It's very easy to use and the complementing mobile app makes it even more useful.

Cons

Pros

Ease of use. The sort and find functions are very easy as well as the capability to audit. Customer support is excellent with questions and resolving problems

Cons

Outages are challenging and get our salesforce (which is our main base of users) in an extreme uproar. Also when processing an item, the screen colors are very vague to me and I am not sure if I have selected the correct line item.

Overall I would recommend Concur Expense, given there is a learning curve, but once you get used to it, things work pretty smoothly.

Pros

I use Concur Expense at work to expense for office related expenses. It works quite well, gives you the ability to bundle all the related expense under one expense report, upload an expense receipt separately from the expense which can be later used in an expense. One of my favourite features is automatically creating the expense when a receipt is uploaded.

Cons

There is a learning curve to use the software. It took me a while to understand how to upload an expense from the android app. The terminologies expense, expense report are not intutive for a new user. Personally, I find the web UI also cluttered.

Expense reports are much easier to do while on the road.

Pros

Concur is easy for us to use to create expense reports while we're on the road. It's useful to input receipts and notes right at the time of expense, rather than submitting paper forms.

Cons

The UI is a little clunky for the end user. It's also cumbersome that if there is a change request at any point in the process, the expense report gets sent back to the user and has to go through the entire chain of approvals again.

Easy to use Reimbursements are fast! Can easily capture receipts with my phone and they go right into my expense report Expense reports and travel booking take much less time than they used to

Cons

If I have to book for a conference using the conference site/travel agent, I have to do the process manually. But it saves me time in all other instances.

Concur has saved my organization money and time with costly and cumbersome expense reports.

Pros

Concur has built a quality tool for expense management and reporting needs. It is also scalable for enterprise needs which is important as a company grows. They have features that allow you to build custom levels of permissions and reports for any level in an organization.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features have a little bit of a learning curve that takes some time to get used to (like splitting expenses between a group or multiple people). But overall, it is pretty simple to figure out.

This product works great for expense reports. I really like that we are able to take a picture of our receipts as we go and submit them. It has really reduced the time I spend on my expense reports.

Cons

I feel like making reservations could be improved some. I only use this about every other month so part of it could just be that I need to seek out more training.

The system should have machine learning ability specially when submitting similiar reports Also it is very time consuming to enter each and every field for all the expense items in the expense report. RFP Process was Not Good

Sales team was very aggressive. We declined due to cost. They went behind sourcing team's back to keep RFP alive.

Pros

Travel and expense system was top of the line. Integration between travel and expense was seamless.

Cons

Did not use system enough to determine that. Mainly cost was an issue. Experience with sales team also soured our perception.

We use concur for travel booking and expense submitting in our organization. While I find travel booking is user-friendly, I occasionally ran into some confusion during expense submission. It could be a lot more user-friendly and intuitive with easier navigation.

Pros

SAP Concur is a good software for expense tracking, submission, and travel booking - easy to do most of that. I like the fact that the draft reports are saved without having to do the boring submission work. The tasks can be done on the fly from different devices. The application has some powerful features and functionality.

Cons

I think that the expense process is a little cumbersome. The system appears to be slow most of the time. It's an old-fashioned clunky software, needs a facelift and improved flow & functionality. More expense categories are needed.

I've never spent so little time arranging travel or doing expense reports and that is a good thing.

Pros

Super easy to use. Integrations to other applications are all top notch. The tie-ins for travel are what make this software sing...add in that you have smartphone apps for this software and it's a home-run.

Cons

I've never had a bad experience with this product. I've done manual expense reports and this is the opposite..

Pros

Concu'r expense reporting tool + the mobile app to upload expense is good to have product for organizations.

Cons

A more intuitive UI would be nice to have. At time it is very difficult to identify and solve for the errors while submitting expense reports.

Infrequent user for monthly work expense

Pros

I only use this software to submit one work expense on a monthly basis. My boss showed me how to use it the first time, and it was simple enough to figure out that the next month I was able to quickly submit my expense without completely remembering how I was shown the first time.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experience, but it's hard for me to say since I use very limited functionality.
