Overall easy to use, easy to track expenses, and easy to find the status of reports. Also nice to control notifications. One of the better tools I have used for business expense reporting.
Easy to use with built-in tutorials, some customization for company procedure is available.
I was unable to report a transaction as a pending card transaction. That can make some expenses fall outside the trip on which they occurred, since you have to wait for the transaction to post.

Easy to use and has integration with other tools (some kinds of expenses are sent directly to it),.
Mobile version could be friendlier, to make it easier to start reports by phone

Overall useful and it is used widely by many companies. It could help with some refreshing.
It seamlessly integrate with other tools our company has such as workday. It houses corporate travel and expense tools all in one web application.
Some of the UI layout is very old and sometimes hard to maneuver through. Being a new user wasnt fun and had to ask other for support. Also when trying to change cost centers, etc it did not do a good job at representing that change

Overall, i’d say it’s a great software to start with, but for a business like mine that how now grown to over 1500 consultants, we have to explore other options.
I liked that the softwares expense platform was very easy to use. The approval flow and reminders are great tools and often come in handy.
It’s hard to keep track of what expenses have been paid and haven’t been paid. Also the reporting aspect is very poor.

I have used many expenses tools and so far Concur expenses has the best interface and smoothest user experience. the interface itself looks a little outdated (could be our version), but it works great and is easy to shoot through my expenses quickly and easily

Good tool and not major issues with it. I've used plenty of booking/expense tools in the past and they are usually pretty standard, but I think Concur looks a little nicer which can be a welcome change in the world of boring, travel management tools.
- Easy to control travel policies to ensure compliance - The mobile app makes it easy to upload receipts for expenses - The workflow management makes it easy to see where your entries are within the workflow process
- Not a big deal, but I find the screen to be a little busy and can lead to more clicks needed to get through everything

Interconnection with other tools such as SAP. The approval system works well.
The worst thing about this tool is that it does not allow automatic data reading using OCR technology.

my admin insists that I am getting the best deals; it theoretically integrates with other tools, but it's not super easy to configure or know that I've configured properly
the UI doesn't instill confidence and is not intuitive at all. The issues I have are usually user errors, but I constantly feel like I can't figure it out. I consider myself very tech savvy and I'm just never sure where to click

This is a good, but not great, solution for expense management and trabel arrangements. The mobile app is really good at helping employees track on the go.
It is easy to use and submit expense reports for auditing. Most of the various tools and trip planners are good, but might be just as good as online travel sites.
THe expense reporting is not intuitive and can result in errant reporting and rejected expenses.

I use it to make my expense reports, to be reimbursed by the company.
The product works well. It is very useful for employees who want to make their expense account. Since it is a web page, there is no installation to do.
It is not always easy to use because there are many options and when an error occurs, it is not always easy to understand it.

LOVE it. I have used other companies when I worked else where and I like Concur the best.
Concur is a great tool/program being able to submit expenses and do travel though. You can set up the parameters you are allowed as well as integrate apps like Uber, etc. so each ride is uploaded into it automatically.
Nothing, it works great and easy to enter all the info and receipts into it. Approval process is nice and easy as well to track.

Instead of having to submit all of the paper copies with scan and attach to the accountant I can just snap a quick photo and it is done.
Great that it is on an app and on a website. You can just take a picture of the receipt to attach for the expense. So easy!

It was wonderful! I liked using it everyday! It saved all of my information for me so I would just copy becasue I drove the same route everytime! It did the math for me so I knew what to expect on my check! It was awesome
It does the work for you! I used this product daily when I got paid for mileage I drove. it would put the address in for you. It saves your last input so if you travel same route you can just copy from last route! Simple and user friendly! It adds up total mileage and pay for you! Does the math instantly for you too see right then!

A fantastic tool to submit reimbursements.
It's straightforward and the expenses can be quickly replicated. Tools like Receipt Scanner and Missing Receipt Affidavit are great additions.
The mobile app is a little slow and non-responsive at times.

Tracking past expenses, uploading receipts and submitting for reimbursement is so easy through this software.
Getting updates/notifications on when my expenses have been reviewed, approved, and submitted for payment is a huge help.
Once you get the hang of using and uploading, this software is super easy to use and copying previously submitted reports month to month makes expense submissions so easy.

I love that the app syncs with the web-based version. It's awesome to have the ability to take a picture of your receipts and seeing them available for your expenses, the reporting is much easier that way. I have also used to book a hotel for a work-related event and it had several options for hotel booking.
The web-base version is something you have to play around and self-learn, I have yet to play around with any support tools, so it's not a big deal.

The tool is easy for users to use and it's straight forward. Most questions can be answered on the users own even if they're only a little savvy with tech tools. Admins that are above the standard platform will need to KNOW how the tool works.
Terrible support and setup of this tool. Depending on the company size, you may need to dedicate a person to admin this tool. I feel like we're under utilizing some of the features it comes with, but that's because we don't have a dedicated person who knows Concur yet.
