Pros

I love the ability to review and approved remotely. I appreciate the emailing of receipts and then being able to easily select them for each expense.
It is one of the easy to use software and super user friendly. I would recommend this software to anyone trying to have time and money on Travel and expense management.
I like the ease of filling out each section without assistance. The best part is changing currency rates without having to do the math yourself.

Pros

They have done a wonderful job in taking care of us from learning to use it to just small mistakes here and there. The support is outstanding.
Fishbowl is very user friendly, has great support, and great integrations with our other systems.
Our company evaluated about half a dozen different inventory management systems for features, support, ease of operation, price, etc. Fishbowl was the hands down winner, and remains the champion.

Cons

My app often freezes out and says "analyzing" for days. I worry my receipt image will be lost.
When you do have to enter information, it is PAINFUL. The interface looks old and messy, and adding images and receipts is a unnecessarily difficult process due to bad thumbnails and image viewing.
I find it a bit confusing to use. Maybe it's because the way it is configured in my company, but it is too much information in one visual that you might get lost when selecting the proper option.

Cons

It is very frustrating when you are in the middle of something to have to force close the program and start over. This happens to everyone in our company so it is not user error or a computer error.
We have a repetitive problem with line items coming up as 0, which causes our orders to refuse to ship. It's time-consuming to repeatedly call to get them unstuck.
Horrible Company, they use to be good now they are just completely useless.

Pros

The versatility of Fishbowl with other products like Quick Books and it is adaptable for credit card use.

Cons

Fishbowl software takes a bit o time to get used to using it and it has to have exact numbers or capital/small letters.

Great user friendly ERP software

I have used SAP for 11+ years and transitioning to Fishbowl has been a breeze. It feels like it has the power of SAP with a much more user friendly interface and the functionality truly seems to follow common sense.

Pros

Fishbowl is very intuitive and user friendly. It allows for quick and easy material movements, reports and easy access to snapshot the entire business' status.

Cons

The only cons I've run across are the reporting format and report filtering. I would like to see an excel output in plain text without all the spaces and empty cells from formatting. Another good benefit would be to be able to run reports using lists of specific materials, so far it seems to only be individual items or all items.

Fishbowl Works for Us

I've implemented about five ERP/MRP systems and this was the easiest of them all. Our team has picked up on it quickly and likes to use it. Very user friendly.

Pros

The software is easy to use and intuitive. Unlike SAP and others, a new person can jump in and start using the software day one. Things are easy to find and the learning curve is days not months. A system the people won't use is worthless.

Cons

Can't think of anything...does what we need it to do.
