Too slow to get reporting and errors corrected - the savings in the software versus alternatives is not worth the money spent to handle the process
Integrated into CRM already so work flow is same up to invoice approval - it's not a 3rd party software being integrated, but another SAP application.
The integration is not good - too many errors or type mis-matches. If you rely on the 3rd party input team to convert Invoices, expect a high rate of errors which will cause double work for team. SAP-Concur feels like it should be a 3rd party application.

From a user point of view, I can see why SAP Concur is one of the top claim solutions out there. It is extremely easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the mobile app actually helps a lot in tracking receipts especially if you travel a lot and might misplace receipts.
SAP Concur is well integrated with other transportation applications such as Uber / Grab which makes submitting claims that much easier. Concur has a clean finish and there were serious thought that was put into the UI, compared to some of the other SAP CRM modules out there. Concur has prefilled exchange rates which is linked directly with the exchange rate of the day for more accuracy.
There is too many fields to fill when submitting one line item of claim. The previous expense claim solution we had took much shorter time to fill up and submit. Attaching more than one documents is also difficult as you would have to continously save and upload again to append to previous documents.

Considering mobile workforces who travel to customer sites, trainings, partner events, and tradeshows, the ability to not only budget, but manage expenses is essential. The easy, real-time expense update features such as taking a photo of a receipt and creating an expense, and mapping technologies to track mileage are a benefit to users in drastically reducing data entry, and increase accuracy, which...
As a trial member, we have not fully deployed an enterprise level solution, but the API- connectors and overall feedback suggests ease of integration. At some point, future versions of these solutions will probably be chat-bot enabled for even faster inputs.

The ability to run a coordinated sales and marketing effort for a small company is priceless, think they have beat all the competitors in this regard.
Visually appealing and minimalistic solution, after many years of using Salesforce and SAP solutions with their clunky overdone '100 fields on a page' type interfaces. The integration of marketing and CRM alone is a key reason to use HubSpot - everything flows together as it should and is so important for small and large companies alike. We enjoy the drag and drop abilities, template features, and ability for anyone to create workflows and sequences that add value and pull prospects through the funnel.
The 'visual upsell' aspect of the solution seeking more money for certain items (reporting, Sales Pro, etc.) although I do respect that fact that for a free product you must convert them somehow, it just seems a little too 'in your face'.

I have been using Hubspot CRM for a year now. In my company we are seven different business units and each business unit is kind of ran like an independent company so the challenge to have them all in one CRM was compelling. Some of the business units had never have a CRM before and some other were using different ones: I had 3 using vTiger, a free Open Source CRM, and another one SAP. I started...
