Pros

Overall it has been a great addition to keeping us accountable and organized. The software is easy to use and we love that you can add delegates to your account so they can assist with reports.
I like that is is functional and easy to integrate with other systems. I liked getting reimbursed and I like how you can see your tickets and what has been submitted.
They also offer an app which I haven't tried yet but have heard all good things about it. The ease of training employees is also a nice benefit as it is a pretty user friendly system.

Pros

The tech support is outstanding. I can call them and they are always helpful and very patient with a physician who may not totally understand every nuance of the program.
I liked that it was customizable, but our local team had to put in a lot of hours to make it work for us. It had good privacy features and good integration with scheduling and billing.
NextGen still needs a little work but overall, its easy, accessible, great way to communication with healthcare providers, shows your medication and so much more great features.

Cons

I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
Ve encountered numerous problems when using this software, but I am not sure if it is a Concur problem or if it is based on filters my company might have imposed.
Itemizing expenses is even worse. I have used this at two different companies and at both organizations I dread expense reports in large part due to how cumbersome Concur is.

Cons

All upgrades, additions, or troubleshooting falls back on the customer, because they assume all customers employ a full-time IT staff, and they blame any failures or problems on the customer.
Then they charged my bank account for it. When I emailed to inquire why they charged me they said they were not going to let me out of my contract early.
HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, CONS YOU INTO SIGNING UP WITH FALSE PROMISES THAT ARE NOT UPHELD ONCE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED, BILLING DOES NOT WORK WITH CERTAIN INSURANCES.
