I use this software roughly twice per month to submit, approve and manage expense reports.
This is by far the best expense report submission software that I have used. I have used some other old-world ones that still require turning in paper receipts which can be painful in the 21st century!
The font size & layout (especially on the smart phone screens) should be made more responsive to different screen sizes. The application works so much better on PCs than on smart phones.

This is the easiest way to manage expenses while traveling for business. Using the mobile app is super easy and much quicker than using the laptop. You can take a picture of the receipts and have them attached to the expenses very easily.
Very easy to use and the interface on my smart phone works very well.
I have not found anything that I don't like about this software after using it for over a 1 year.

In the end it is Very useful i think it is the best software for business trips
The most important feature is the possibility to upload receipts directly from your smartphone. In any case it is Very easy also to upload receipts from your pc once you are back in the Office
The thing i like least is the Booking process. A lot of authorization are needed and it is not so smart and quick

The smart receipt feature is the greatest part of the app personally as it allows simplified receipt management and expense management
Some parts have to many features and a little bit of a learning curve figuring out things that makes the app simplier

I use Concur monthly when submitting any expenses.
The idea behind Concur is smart and very necessary within this company, and the software does allow you to ultimately get the job done.
Concur can be extremely confusing—there's so much to it and not enough easy training or answers to find on how to go through with whatever is needed.

Overall an excellent solution that simplifies expense management.
Usually doing expenses is a tedious and frustrating task. The advent of automated expense reporting is one of the biggest boons to productivity. The best part is being able to take a snapshot of a receipt and letting the app populate all relevant fields. It's also quite easy to enter expenses manually, if needed. The other nice thing is being about to book travel and management expenses from a single portal. The other key distinction is the ability to generate detailed reporting based on various key metrics. Concur has been around for a while and support and help documentation is excellent.
Occasionally the smart scan fails, which means you have to go back in and re-enter in the receipt data. So for more complex receipts this may not work properly.

easy expense reporting
1) automatic flight/hotel/car expense import 2) they are on track to add intelligent features like smart travel assistant 3) support is very responsive
1) the website is a bit non-responsive 2) one or two times, I have had to re-fill the report because there was some problem while reviewing the expense. This was annoying

Faster and easier T & E expense reporting
Software syncs with my smart phone and App. I can take a picture of the receipt using my phone and the image is matched up with my expense report.
The initial month took some adjusting to. After minor changes were made to the software it has continued to work well

A tool that comes in handy when having to manage your teams expenses.
Easy to learn, easy to remember and easy to use. If you know your way around standard software or a smart phone, I guarantee you won't have any problems.
My tasks on Concur have been fairly standard with no complaints. Perhaps as I delve further into it, I might find a needed improvement.

One huge benefit to using SAP Concur is that it keeps our organization compliant. It is user-friendly for everyone to use. Each individual can use it as much as they want or as little as they want.
SAP Concur has been amazing within our organization. It is so easy to use and every member within our organization uses the platform. It allows our organization to keep track of expenses. Employees can expense their travel, mileage, receipts, etc. It is extremely helpful to keep track of expenses during certain time periods. Our organization turns in our expenses once a month, so the finance team has it all logged.
Take the time to learn the platform. The platform offers more than most people even realize.

The level of granularity is very useful for the data and finance teams. Additionally, the smart phone app comes in very handy and makes it easy to track expenses and upload receipts.
The level of granularity can also be a hindrance at times. Ideally, would like to be able to eliminate certain fields so that it isn't so overwhelming to fill out expense reports.

I'm really satisfied with this software, especially a receipt upload function is very helpful.
We don't need to scan a receipt and make it to pdf. We just need to take a photo by a smart phone and upload it. It is very convenient and time saving.
This software is sometimes not user-friendly. I sometimes am not sure how to operate this software. If there are more explanation notes, it would be grateful.

Easy entry and management of receipts for travel reimbursement.
It's easy to use and customizable in that you can add so many different codes/categories for expenses, as well as departments. I only used this software to submit expense reports but I could see how valuable it is for our accounting department. To my knowledge, my old company used it for years with no complaints. Attaching receipts is also quite easy
I wish there was an option to print a report from my iPhone. As far as I can tell, this can only be done via a computer. Also, there was a lag in the mobile app when I upgraded to a new smart phone.

I am satisfied with the platform.
This platform is very user-friendly in both mobile apps and computer website. With the mobile apps, you can post your expense in a minute. It's very quick and easy to keep all of your expenses in one place. You just need to open the app, take the receipt picture and store them in the app until you are ready for your monthly expenses report. Another most like feature is that if you use your company card, it will automatically post the transactions through SAP, you just need to submit the expenses.
The least like about this software would be the submission process where the software is designed to ask you to fill out couple questions, such as: vender, business purposes, location, etc. This may take some time to click through every single submission, that's why I usually accumulate monthly expenses and do at one time.

This program allows our virtual team members to submit their expenses for programs while on the go anywhere in the world while allowing for easy review and submissions using the mobile app.
The mobile app's "Smart" feature. This causes more work for me as I have to touch each record and edit 90% of the information it tries to match up for me. This causes me more work than before when it just took the photo and added it to my library for me to match myself.

We have a fleet of field service technicians that with this software we are able to correctly allocate the expenses. This is very operator friendly and with the app on a smart phone you are able to take a picture it automatically stores it to allow easy end of month expense report submitting
Very easy to train new employees to use and able to allocate expenses correctly
no Cons, just have to make sure that you get image of receipt to attach to report

I would recommend Concur for any business that has employees who need to submit expenses for reimbursement. It is easy to use and clean - I personally have not had any issues in the 1.5 years I've been using it.
Submitting expenses only takes a few clicks, which is nice. It is also helpful to receive email notifications when the expenses are approved by each party.
The interface seems a bit outdated, but it does not affect the usability of the platform.

Overall an easy platform to use. Easy to track expenses
Provides a relatively simple platform to use. Like the app integration with MileIQ especially. App functions well.
Probably more to do with my finance department but coding not always easy to input. Sometimes you have to put something under the wrong category because it won’t allow the proper category.

For enterprise organizations, Concur Expense is an excellent tool and platform.
Submitting expense reports on the platform was very intuitive and very easy. Organizing the expenses was simple as well and the admins were able to manage updates and expense items easily.
There were several times when a report got kicked back by an auditor without a specific note or reason why. It was a pain point in the early phases of using it.

Plex has a lot going for it. Using SAP for another client, I find that Plex is much more of a value for the money and more dynamic with what you get. SAP relies a lot on additional modules and add-ons to meet user needs making the cost potentially exorbitant. The current Plex interface is a bit dated, but Plex will be rolling out a new interface that is showing a lot of promise with it's additional functionality by the end of 2017. Plex was built for the automotive industry but has branched out to other industries as it has grown. The company has been growing rapidly and only recently has taken a new direction which is better aligned with its growth and ability to meet the needs of customers across industries.
Ease of use, lower price compared to big ERP software systems, willingness to listen to users and make changes accordingly, Plex's user community is a fantastic resource & frequently Plex experts will chime in to help users out
Clunky functionality and some limitations for the consumer products world (but this is being addressed, albeit slowly), current business intelligence tools associated with the software are hard to use
