Pros

Overall it has been a great addition to keeping us accountable and organized. The software is easy to use and we love that you can add delegates to your account so they can assist with reports.
I like that is is functional and easy to integrate with other systems. I liked getting reimbursed and I like how you can see your tickets and what has been submitted.
They also offer an app which I haven't tried yet but have heard all good things about it. The ease of training employees is also a nice benefit as it is a pretty user friendly system.

Pros

The community is fantastic and you can always get help when you need it. Procore has made it easy to manage my projects from the start, and there are tons of features.
Its functionality is great, easy to use especially in construction management. It helps the organization work efficient and effectively.
There is so much to like about Procore. Some of the best things are: their support team, continuous improvement, mobile functionality, and integrations with other software.

Cons

I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
Itemizing expenses is even worse. I have used this at two different companies and at both organizations I dread expense reports in large part due to how cumbersome Concur is.
They also provide terrible customer support, and linking company cards can be difficult/full of system errors.

Cons

Most sub contractors and contractors are not tech savyy and do not use Procore well. Billing through Procore is way too confusing and bad.
Anything from Procore now immediate goes into my spam folder. Next time a general tells me they are using Procore I will be demanding an additional $3000 for my time to use this stupid software.
Subs give me a hard time wanted to use this. When you have an email entered wrong you can't change it, you must delete the contact and re-enter.
