Pros

Overall it has been a great addition to keeping us accountable and organized. The software is easy to use and we love that you can add delegates to your account so they can assist with reports.
I like that is is functional and easy to integrate with other systems. I liked getting reimbursed and I like how you can see your tickets and what has been submitted.
They also offer an app which I haven't tried yet but have heard all good things about it. The ease of training employees is also a nice benefit as it is a pretty user friendly system.

Pros

Great for tracking how the safety programs is being followed and a great tool for follow up.
I love the amount of flexibility to operate and ability to create any end product you desire.
Plus, Prontoforms customer service is amazing. There is never a wait when I call and they either resolve the issue/question right away or follow-up shortly.

Cons

I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
Itemizing expenses is even worse. I have used this at two different companies and at both organizations I dread expense reports in large part due to how cumbersome Concur is.
They also provide terrible customer support, and linking company cards can be difficult/full of system errors.

Cons

It can be fairly inconvenient and confusing to users who do not know the ins and outs of the app.
I guess my only complaint would be that its sometimes confusing when designing a new form and getting it implemented, but any time I've had a problem, one phone call is all it took to help me.
The initial learning curve was challenging, and access to training material seemed weak.
