Pros

It is one of the easy to use software and super user friendly. I would recommend this software to anyone trying to have time and money on Travel and expense management.

When you do have to enter information, it is PAINFUL. The interface looks old and messy, and adding images and receipts is a unnecessarily difficult process due to bad thumbnails and image viewing.

I find it a bit confusing to use. Maybe it's because the way it is configured in my company, but it is too much information in one visual that you might get lost when selecting the proper option.

There was no possibility to transfer chat to another person, only invite and you have to sit together in the room, makes no sense, only distraction.

It is not clear how to add/delete/edit operators. Also the sound played for a chat is annoying and can easily be confused with a phone.

Mediocre at best. I use it for expenses, that's all, but I've had much better experiences elsewhere.

Pros

I am not sure what to say. It's always available and that's nice I suppose. My company provides OK support. It's hard for me to list the things that I like since it's not great.

Cons

Clumsy without many options. Many of the required entries aren't relevatn to me but I still have to enter them.
