Pros

I love the ability to review and approved remotely. I appreciate the emailing of receipts and then being able to easily select them for each expense.
It is one of the easy to use software and super user friendly. I would recommend this software to anyone trying to have time and money on Travel and expense management.
I like the ease of filling out each section without assistance. The best part is changing currency rates without having to do the math yourself.

Cons

My app often freezes out and says "analyzing" for days. I worry my receipt image will be lost.
When you do have to enter information, it is PAINFUL. The interface looks old and messy, and adding images and receipts is a unnecessarily difficult process due to bad thumbnails and image viewing.
I find it a bit confusing to use. Maybe it's because the way it is configured in my company, but it is too much information in one visual that you might get lost when selecting the proper option.

We have been using SAP Concur for more 3 year at my organization. It is one of the easy to use software and super user friendly. I would recommend this software to anyone trying to have time and money on Travel and expense management.

Cons

Layout of the software is little old. Need to update it to 2019.

Hate the product when I first used it. Love it more in a larger company

I get my money back faster due to the real time submissions.

Pros

It allowed me to get reimbursed for my expensive faster. I was waiting two months before and once they implemented this I was getting them back the next pay check.

Cons

It and be a little clunkie when trying to match up receipt with the cost. Also depending on how it was setup it can be a pain to match up costs with the correct categories.

I have a very bad experience with SAP, I don't recommend it at all, very long time for implementation still have a lot of errors in the system and now they move me to support and very hard to deal with support any small problem will take days to weeks to solve, the recurring transaction is very bad, they promise they have it at the sales meeting, yes they have it but it's not working compared to QuickBooks QuickBooks is way better than SAP, also the users cant see the history of the invoice they approve, some pages can download to excel and other not, it is very hard to manage data with this application. also the people I work with maybe they don't have good experience and knowledge of the software, but all in all not recommended

Nothing, It supposes to help automate the AP department, we generate more work, waste of money and time,

Let's just say that when I went to fill out the contact us form the site had a glitch and I couldn't see the words I was filling out in the form. The letters were literally invisible, which as a small shop is how I feel when working with Concur.

Pros

You can do just about anything you want if you have enough money and people to implement it.

Cons

Not simple. Too complicated. Sometimes too many options can overwhelm my spend management system and flow. I can only eat at the Cheesecake factory about once every few months. #TooManyOptions

Concur has saved my organization money and time with costly and cumbersome expense reports.

Pros

Concur has built a quality tool for expense management and reporting needs. It is also scalable for enterprise needs which is important as a company grows. They have features that allow you to build custom levels of permissions and reports for any level in an organization.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features have a little bit of a learning curve that takes some time to get used to (like splitting expenses between a group or multiple people). But overall, it is pretty simple to figure out.

Easy to use Expense Tracker Software

This has sped up our processing time of employee expense reports. Not only does it get bills generated quicker but we get items paid faster and spend much less time in excel putting together reports for our AP department to process. Time is money and this saves us money and headaches.

Pros

This software has taken us out of the stone age and using Excel sheets to track our employees expense reports to a now more usable software that is not only easy to navigate but much more timely to track expenses and get items paid and billed in.

Cons

This software works as intended and we have no complaints at this time.

Concur is a solid option for expense tracking and accounting

We saved time and money keeping track of expenses and better monitoring budget spend. We identified ways to reduce unnecessary expenses.

Pros

Concur is a relatively easy-to-use interface for expense reporting and asks for the right level of detail for expense approval and management. I always got notified by email when my expense report changed approval status and when it was sent out for payment. On a management level, Concur integrates well with employee travel booking technology. Concur also made it easy to check for duplicate transactions and flag for other employee errors.

Cons

Uploading expenses and receipts wasn't always fast/efficient and it took a while to fill out reports, although there now seems to be an option to automate the reporting of expenses to your Concur page through a mobile app. It was hard to merge two different expense reports into one for simplification.

Good experience, but difficult to learn. Flexible system.

Pros

Makes it easier for Accounting to track expenses, budgets, etc. I can see where my expenses are going, and how money is being spent by staff.

Cons

It takes a while to get comfortable with data entry. Would not take some data inputs, even from the accounting dept that are "experts." Is not easy to learn as a user, and takes some time to get comfortable with it.

Overall very easy and something you can do either on your computer or your phone which is very nice.

Pros

It is super straight forward process when adding your expenses from any work trip and once you hit submit getting your money refunded is typically smooth.

Cons

When thinking about cons there really isn't much I truly don't like about this product when expensing anything. The only thing is the timing it takes to get your money back, but I think that is company issue.

Worst software implementation in my 30 year career.

Pros

They sold us a lot of features. Unfortunately, after months of implementation, we still have not been able to use it but they still want our money.

Cons

Implementation has been a nightmare. They sold us a lot but could not deliver. And expected us to pay even when we couldn't use it. I do NOT recommend for construction companies. They cannot adapt to job costing. No one helped when trying to escalate up the chain. They do not care. If I could give them zero starts, I would.

Spending work-related money on my own card doesn't make me nervous, because I know that Concur will help me to be reimbursed.

Pros

SAP Concur gets the job done, and allows me to submit my work-related expenses without complications.

Cons

I think that Concur could add features that tell you which fill-in boxes are not required because at times I didn't know what to type in for certain boxes that were irrelevant.

We love Concur! It is easy and quick to submit expense reports. The quicker you get people their money, the happier they are!

Pros

I love how simple the interface is. The dashboard is easy to navigate and is not cluttered with unnecessary verbiage or graphics.

Cons

I wish you didn't have to add so many details about each expense. For example, city of purchase and who the list of people for who the expense was for.

We use it for expense reporting for my company about business trips or travel between home and office.

Pros

The only thing I liked in this software is that if I manage to submit an expense report in concur, I will get my money back for it.

Cons

Sometimes my session gets timed out while filling the form, and it doesn't keep my data when I click the submit button, so I have to start the whole process again from the beginning. The UI looks quite old, and also not too user friendly from UX perspective.

Very simple process to upload receipts, keep track of expenses, and get reimbursed by management.

Pros

I utilized this software as an employee that had to keep track of trip expenses for company reimbursement. It was extremely simple to upload receipts and keep track of money spent.

Cons

There were a few fields that didn't fully make sense as to why they were part of the expense reporting process. You may be able to customize these fields.

Exception reporting is missing - too many manual steps

Too slow to get reporting and errors corrected - the savings in the software versus alternatives is not worth the money spent to handle the process

Integrated into CRM already so work flow is same up to invoice approval - it's not a 3rd party software being integrated, but another SAP application.

The integration is not good - too many errors or type mis-matches. If you rely on the 3rd party input team to convert Invoices, expect a high rate of errors which will cause double work for team. SAP-Concur feels like it should be a 3rd party application.
