I like it that DataSnipper allows you to export data on .pdf files which have the same format.

I have been trying to export data on .pdf files with different formats, but haven't had much luck yet. I know that it is one of the features of DataSnipper. I just haven't had time to look at the videos to learn how to do this.

DataSnipper greatly increases efficiency and productivity during the audit work, reducing significantly the time needed to perform repetitive tasks.

Very rarely, the app is not able to correctly identify the characters when the writing on the documents is in cursive.

The ability to copy text from any type of document (pdf, image..) and paste it in my excel sheet has made my work so much easier. Text snip is definitely my favourite feature.

I'm not sure if this feature exists and I'm perhaps not just aware of it but I dislike the fact that you can't change the formatting of the item you're pasting to make it suit the destination formatting. And I also wish the coloured background that accompanied pasted items was optional.

Datasnipper is user friendly. Very efficient and helps in quick review.

When we are within an excel file and snipping texts from another file it would be grear if it can help me continue working on the ecel file to move around the cells rather than using mouse clicks.

Certainly document matching, text snip, sum snip.

Makes file size larger when documents are uploaded for data snipping. Sometimes when it's too much documents, it makes the excel slow or not responding.

Streamlines our internal checks, prevents mistakes in payments and saves us a lot of time. Was very easy to learn and to integrate with the different users.

For a non-profit organization the software is expensive. It doesn't support Hebrew.

How ease it to move large data from PDF to excel and then to document match any figures pulled to an exactly location on the pdf

I would've liked more training on sections which I haven't experimented with.

It makes vouching for invoices and supporting easier. It makes review much easier since you can see the snip and actual amount updated.

It's a product easy to use, and each time we use it, a lot of time is saved by the automated features.

The feature to save the most time is only used frequently in Q3 + Q4 of the year.

The product is very easy to use and the most import feature is the ability to perform data extraction from a variety of sources.

I can't think of any disadvantages. It is that useful.

In my experience, the Excel file slows down once I start using DataSnipper which can be inconvenient.

DataSnipper is a really easy to use tool, extremely helpful for the purposes of audit as you both have an easy possibility to store the documents in your working files and also process them very quickly. The tool saves a lot of time.Also it needs to be admitted that the tool is very easy to use and quite quick to get.

Sometimes depending on the document (rare cases) it might not recognise the text or numbers, but as this happens quite seldomly, this is not a major problem.
