convenient to use, especially in audits (scanning of PDF files)

It is convenient to not have to go through any process to link documents to excel. Datasnipper makes it easy to bring in documents, pull information out of those documents, while linking that information to the exact place you found it. Extremely helpful for audits.

The process of deleting snips is a little tedious and can be frustrating when it looks like the snip has been deleted, but the link still seems to be present.

Easiness in audit. Very easy to complete task given in audit work where we can use it with easiness.

Cannot use it in Live bank account. Sometime when dealing with live account we cannot use data snipper.

it is really an efficient way to document the samples, especially the pdf samples and the matemathical accuracy check is also good

This is more of a suggestion, that just like Data Snipper reads the pdf and copy the data from pdf, if it can do the same thing with images etc.

Financial statement review functionality and document extraction form

If someone who doesn't have it installed opens the file, he/she can't view the embeded documents and the source of the data.

Automation in analyzing documents and the highlights from them are easy and help to follow or trace where an error could be located for instance in cast checking.

It takes alittle bit of time to load at initial loading

Some instructions would help on certain specific areas and better or more use of the tool

The data recognition gave me many discrepancies that I couldn't use the tool to check the relevant data

No me gusto, el no poder comparar varias hojas de un informe al tiempo, si no que tuve que hacerlo hoja por hoja

The document matching feature reduces the workload and also includes the supporting documents on excel for ease of tracing of samples.

The document matching feature sometimes matches samples to wrong documents.

Its user friendly, fast, it takes info from different types documents, it keeps the link to the original source of the data in case you wanna check it...

At times, the feature does not activated, I need to restart my PC to see Datasnipper on my Excel

Some of the words cannot be read by DataSnipper and also wrong detection of words.
