Easy to use
They have an almost too good to be true pricing system. You only have to pay for power users (admins). This is probably the best bang for buck in the industry. Their support is also very active and they take great effort to build their community We got the software specifically for the CRM, but it is also bundled with great Bookeeping and HRM saoos
The only missing feature for us is inbuilt Proposals. Quoting and invoicing is includes with books. But as of now our would have to use Zapier to integrate with your proposals app. It should be noted that they have proposals in their develop roadmap

Overall it has been great for our business due to the dashboard functions to keep track of everything.
The CRM Software is amazing, but I like that it has the dashboard with one place for everything

It used to work for me but not anymore. Invoices used to get sent on time and in the right place on the right time but now the software seems to be very glitchy.
Invoices are sent to the customer on the wrong date with a wrong due date. There are also times when an invoice and reminder are not sent to the customer or it goes directly to spam. Furthermore, overdue payment reminders are also not sent to the customer and recurring invoices could not be changed or discontinued. It's been affecting our business since it gives a bad impression to our customers. I have contacted support about this, but nothing has been done to fix it.

I have to say that it isn't difficult to understand why the Deskera mobile app has won an award: it has one of the best dashboards I have encountered and used! And not only from a user experience point of view but when it comes to features too: there's so much you can do with the Deskera app. I like the fact that you can easily manage contacts, create and customize different sales pipelines, and either send emails by syncing your inbox with Deskera CRM or set up actual email campaigns to send to the contacts whose information you have added to Deskera. The Insights side of things is terrific too because it enables you to look at different things that actually move the needle through different "lenses" (e.g. pie chart, funnel breakdown, etc.).
The biggest pet-peeve I have with Deskera CRM is the fact that you can't really pick exact dates and times for notification for important things – like tasks you need to care of. You do receive some kind of email notification but, for whatever reason, it gets to your inbox at a random time... yes, sometimes even in the middle of the night.

Its bookkeeping system is all the compliances ready for GST in India and the separate option for quotation sending is really helpful. How can I miss my most favorite feature that is the bank reconcilement. Apart from that the HRM system also serves the purpose and I use it for payroll and attendance management system now.
Some advanced features are missing in the CRM. I would also like to get the employee attendance tracking system in the HRM. Though it's on their roadmap.
