Pros

What an automation system, my entire sales team simple loving Deskera CRM it's easy to use functionality and integration with all application is superb and quick.
The CRM Software is amazing, but I like that it has the dashboard with one place for everything.
I highly recommended to all sales and marketing professional, one thing I am sure about Deskera is you all love the interface.

Pros

Fantastic user interface, Great functionality and integrations with google calendar are the highlights of this product. We have been able to get great sales insights after embracing Vtiger CRM.
This Software has the nice capabilities of assigning the workflow and also to know the status of the work. Search tool has the good performance enhancements.
It is user friendly, really helpful to save time. Vtiger has menu which includes essential features like mail manager, calendar and etc which are really helpful.

Cons

Still in development so it can cause problems, but once pointed out it only takes a few days to fix.
The only missing feature for us is inbuilt Proposals. Quoting and invoicing is includes with books.
Some advanced features are missing in the CRM.

Cons

Automating the export of data is difficult and painful, and the API is extremely limiting in both functionality and usage limits.
Features that I think should be standard are missing or inadequate.
We have a little overview from our clients, because, a lot of clients are 2 or 3 times in the CRM in cause of a mistake with update.
