Its bookkeeping system is all the compliances ready for GST in India and the separate option for quotation sending is really helpful. How can I miss my most favorite feature that is the bank reconcilement. Apart from that the HRM system also serves the purpose and I use it for payroll and attendance management system now.
Some advanced features are missing in the CRM. I would also like to get the employee attendance tracking system in the HRM. Though it's on their roadmap.

What an automation system, my entire sales team simple loving Deskera CRM it's easy to use functionality and integration with all application is superb and quick. I highly recommended to all sales and marketing professional, one thing I am sure about Deskera is you all love the interface.

Bought this for the CRM function although I have the rest - it had a few small problems in the beginning but the CS team is great and fixed most of the problems within a week. The opportunity to participate in such a client focused company is the reason I will continue using Deskera
Ability for customization, price for value.
Still in development so it can cause problems, but once pointed out it only takes a few days to fix.

I have to say that it isn't difficult to understand why the Deskera mobile app has won an award: it has one of the best dashboards I have encountered and used! And not only from a user experience point of view but when it comes to features too: there's so much you can do with the Deskera app. I like the fact that you can easily manage contacts, create and customize different sales pipelines, and either send emails by syncing your inbox with Deskera CRM or set up actual email campaigns to send to the contacts whose information you have added to Deskera. The Insights side of things is terrific too because it enables you to look at different things that actually move the needle through different "lenses" (e.g. pie chart, funnel breakdown, etc.).
The biggest pet-peeve I have with Deskera CRM is the fact that you can't really pick exact dates and times for notification for important things – like tasks you need to care of. You do receive some kind of email notification but, for whatever reason, it gets to your inbox at a random time... yes, sometimes even in the middle of the night.

Easy to use
They have an almost too good to be true pricing system. You only have to pay for power users (admins). This is probably the best bang for buck in the industry. Their support is also very active and they take great effort to build their community We got the software specifically for the CRM, but it is also bundled with great Bookeeping and HRM saoos
The only missing feature for us is inbuilt Proposals. Quoting and invoicing is includes with books. But as of now our would have to use Zapier to integrate with your proposals app. It should be noted that they have proposals in their develop roadmap

Zoho CRM has weak customer support for big platforms. Zoho CRM has a complicated setup process. Zoho desk has a complicated setup process.

My overall experience with Zoho CRM is good , it has good customer support , I have also customized Zoho CRM as per my client's requirement.
1. Zoho is a great CRM for tracking lead generation , setting up Email campaigning , Calls ,Chats etc. 2. Setup your complete organization work flow with Zoho CRM. 3. There a lots of subscription available to purchase according to your need. 4. It has great look and feel and IDE. 5. You can use Zoho templates or you can create you own templates for emailing and other purposes. 6. You can customize Zoho CRM as per your requirement , if you are developer.
You need to have good knowledge of CRM if you want to use zoho CRM more effectively.

Overall, Zoho CRM still has been great so far and with everything that Zoho has to offer with other products, it is really convenient to stay in the Zoho ecosystem.
Zoho CRM is a beast of a CRM. They have everything and anything you need to build an fully autonomous CRM to operate your business. Not only do they have a intricate CRM, but they have many other Zoho products that sync and integrate with Zoho CRM to make the experience that much better.
Zoho CRM can be tough to use if you are not used to building a CRM. And there are some complications that come when coding things within the CRM as they use their own language.

ZOHO CRM in general is a good CRM for SMB's. It's always one of the options in the CRM selection process. Any CRM is only as good as the business process behind it.
Pricing: ZOHO CRMs pricing is very affordable for SMB's. The pricing structure allows businesses to scale up without worrying about the monthly subscription. Functionalities: Overall, ZOHO CRM's functionality is good. It has most of the essential business functionalities. Customizing the CRM according to the business process is very easy. It does provide basic reports and analytics that gives very good business insights.
Functionalities: Although ZOHO CRM provides good functionality, it still lacks some of it that will definitely be an added value to most of it's customers. An example would be a validation rule. A lot of the customers have already brought this topic over ZOHO forums, although ZOHO CRM reps respond with courtesy, this functionality is still in the RnD. A few other requested functionalities have been requested, but it may take ZOHO CRM years before implementing such.

As CRM it is great software. For me, I was looking for a CRM that also allows email marketing. Unfortunately Zoho does not offer this feature, but as the CRM I would give it my highest rating.
