Pros

DPO is in an incredibly intuitive tool making it super easy to deploy. It accommodates a generous variety of scenarios and the overall aesthetic is great.
I've used Digital Purchase Order for one year and it has been great. It's very user-friendly and the representative has given great and prompt customer service any time I've needed help.
Digital Purchase Order is an excellent product and would recommend to anyone looking to keep better records of their purchase history.

Pros

ProcureDesk has been responsive during our implementation and easy to contact. This whole system has been a big win for our company, thank you.
I like that the system was very robust with a lot of features that make it great to keep internal controls in place while still being user friendly.
Very user friendly, great implementation process, outstanding customer service.

Cons

The limitations on how many people can utilize the program is frustrating.
There are frequent times when the software stops working and appears to go down without notice. These are typically fixed quickly, however it is still an inconvenience.
We developed our own inventory system and looked a long time for a purchase order program we could use alongside. All the rest wanted you to use their inventory system and were very costly.

Cons

Prior to ProcureDesk our purchasing system was a mess. We researched the available options and made the choice to go with ProcureDesk.
I can't think of a big negative but all apps bug out from time-to-time.

Pros

ProcureDesk provided us an easy solution to organizing our purchase order process. Approvals and sending happens automatically and it has reduced the amount of work significantly. The software also provides tracking and an easy communication system regarding each order.

Cons

Right now, ProcureDesk is meeting all of our needs.

Overall I consider the platform fulfills all my expectations, it has a friendly interface, it is easy to use, it displays all necessary information such as quote number, order number, status, etc, and I like the fact the platform is linked to the vendor's website product when I need to place the order this saves me a lot of time.

Pros

In my point of view, the platform saves you a lot of time, it's faster and easier than going to any website and following the regular purchase process, however, it is very important to have the right device information before placing the order, base on my experience, once we have completed the general information such as customer name, quote name, shipping address, etc. the platform automatically is linked the vendor's website product (CDW.com on my experience) and the order goes through, definitely very easy to use.

Cons

I have never had any bad experiences when I have used this platform, all the features are always working.
