We have saved a lot of time gathering receipts and inputting expenses into our general ledger.
We no longer have to wait for our statement to come out each month to review expenses and start collecting receipts. I can review and approve expenses in real time, with the ability to do it all on my phone.

It has eliminated missing receipts and automatically posts expenses to our accounting system (Quickbooks Online). Virtual cards eliminate overcharges and fraud.
We have had problems with volunteers and staff turning in credit card receipts. That is now a thing of the past - finally! It has totally eliminated that problem. When there is a missing receipt, now I know it within a couple days instead of a couple months. The users love it too because they don't have to worry about saving and turning in receipts as well. Just take a picture of it at the time of sale and they are done! The recent integration with Quickbooks was HUGE for us. Now most data entry of expenses is automatic as well. Very easy to use most of the time, and it's free!
Getting the hang of allocating budgets can be tricky. And if you have a budget used by multiple people it presents additional challenges trying to allocate funds between multiple people. Auto payments take a few days to free up funds. And virtual subscription cards don't reset until first business day of the month, which can be a problem if charges are attempted on the 1st and it is a weekend.

It's great to know the exact budget I have when traveling so I'm not worrying about anything extra.
It makes uploading receipts and keeping all expenses in check much easier than what we were using before. Its nice to have everything housed in one area
Nothing so far. From my user standpoint it is very black and white.

I have enjoyed working with ad using Divvy. Customer service is responsive and the application makes it very easy to order new cards, suspend cards, and allows for virtual cards.
Divvy has made significant difference with reconciling credit card expenses and reducing indirect time for staff. It is easy for staff to upload receipts through out the month and allows for better tracking of expenses. The app is super easy and provides alerts to remind you to upload your receipt following a purchase.
Sometimes the card is perceived as a prepaid card at some businesses.

Divvy is a unique tool that provides an all-in-one solution for your needs. In addition to issuing the card, they also handle all of the associated expenses. All of our expenses are now coded in Accounting so that our field workers can simply submit receipts and a business reason and move on.
Because it is so user-friendly, this program has completely changed the way we track our expenditures and enter our data. Because each employee may now input their receipts, it has saved our accounting department many hours of labor each month. Divvy is a fantastic service. It's simple to pick up. I was worried I'd be disoriented, but a quick scan of the area turns up everything I need.
ACH transactions are taking too long to process. We'd want to be able to send PayPal monies straight to Divvy for payments. It is not possible to map QBO tags for transactional line items at this time. Improvements are constantly needed, just as with any other piece of software. Divvy is always striving to improve the procedure.

I wish there was a Divvy for personal use, because I want to use it for my personal expenses!
Divvy makes it so easy to not only track expenses, but spend company money! With the unlimited number of virtual cards for online purchases, ease of entering expenses, and adding receipts, it's like an accountant's dream come true! And having a budget assigned to each user makes it easy to limit spending to the budget amount!
I cannot think of anything to list as a con to using this system. Maybe not having a personal assistant handle it for me? Does that count as a con?

Divvy has saved us over 30 hours a week, between rounding up receipts from employees and coding these receipts.
Divvy allow users to upload their receipts and code to jobsites, etc
I feel this service is very user friendly, creating budgets are easily performed, downlead transaction, identifying incomplete transaction, etc.

If you're a small business with big monthly expenses, and petty cash headaches, Divvy is a no-brainer. Each of our field techs have a card we can control from the office, or divvy out funds as needed. Divvy has been great with holding accountability, to view our spending practices and allow us to set a better budget process in place.
The benefits of this software have been implementing self tracking of personal expenses. It has freed up something that was once time consuming by having individuals automatically submit receipts and code the transaction. Divvy has also allowed minimal time spent on coding since it is integrated with our accounting software.
I would like to see such things as the missing receipt option to be set for individuals instead of it applying across the board.

Divvy is a great choice for small organizations looking to beef up their internal controls and expense documentation. The transactions import to our accounting software with the click of a button, allowing users to code their own expenses without additional manual intervention. Receipts can be required so that purchases are properly documented, and manager approval is also a great way to make sure spending is staying in control. This software has many of the features I was used to with my previous large organization, without the burdensome cost.

It's great to have a business line of credit available; really helped with my cashflow and having a card to give to others over which I have such a large amount of control is fantastic.
I really like being able to upload receipts via the phone and being able to forward on email receipts because it helps me not forget!
Some of the internal menus and the incentive interface are sluggish and unhelpful. Having a year lag on rewards is also poor. Finally, I would appreciate more accountability on how credit decisions are reached. Particularly after ledgers and statement of accounts have been given.

It was life changing! I have more time to worry about other things!
I used to have to find receipts and fill out expense sheets for several employees and pray it all matched up. Now with Divvy, I am able to check everyday in real time at the spending and ask for receipts right away!

We really like the budget feature for our crews. We are able to set monthly budgets for each person which has helped us to cut expense costs.
We love that we can assign budgets. It has really helped us to track expenses per job. The receipt feature is probably our most favorite part of Divvy. Having the ability to simply take a picture of your receipt and have it uploaded on the spot has greatly cut down missing and unreadable receipts. This is a major plus for a construction company.
Sometimes the upload feature won't work. However they have recently upgraded this feature to allow admins to upload receipt pictures for other user. So when the upload won't work for my guys in the field they simply send the picture to me and I can enter it.

The ability of users to capture their receipts by snapping a picture on their phones is great. We used to spend a great amount of time trying to get receipts, Divvy has greatly reduced that time.
Capturing of receipts for purchases was the biggest selling point of Divvy. Ease of use for my card holders was also a big feature.
No features are missing but we have only been using the software for a month.

I have used Divvy for 5+ years at 2 companies and just love it. The easy of use it great to capture expenses but the real beauty of this tool is the simplistic way it allows employees or accounting to generate expense reports. The time savings is huge and allows you employees to focus on their job and not assembling receipts and preparing an expense report.
Easy of use, quick learning curve, very flexible
We pay weekly but budgets reset monthly so it gets a bit tricky for people who max out weekly.

Overall, Divvy makes the process of cataloging and organizing receipts easy and straightforward.
Easy and free expense management platform for tracking expenses, keeping records, and submitting reimbursement requests. Interface is modern and easy to use.
App can be a little buggy at times and support is still relatively slow. Although besides these issues, the app functions great.
